Ancient Love ~ Stefan Salvatore

-Friday Night Bites-

Brooklyn woke up feeling utterly amazing after last night with Stefan. He had left in the early hours of the morning, after the two spent the night talking and kissing. It just felt right between them. She got up out of bed, had a shower, did her hair and make-up and put on her outfit for the day.

After she got ready she headed downstairs for her morning coffee. When she reached the kitchen she saw Jeremy eating a bowl of cereal.

"Morning Jer" She smiled at him, ruffling his hair as she walked past him. He groaned tryna fix his hair.

"Morning B" He returned the smile.

The two ate and drank in a comfortable silence until Elena and Jenna came in. "Good Morning" Jenna said to the two.

"Morning" The two chorused back. Elena didn't say good morning, nor did she look to be in a good mood. What's her problem? Brooklyn thought. She hadn't spared her one glance the whole morning, only just about saying a morning to Jeremy.

After they finished breakfast, Brooklyn headed over to Carolines as she was driving her to school that morning. As she drove to Carolines she wondered what was wrong with Elena this morning.

It hardly had to do with Stefan, it's not her fault he liked her and she liked him. She would've stayed away if Elena had said something about it but she hadn't, in fact she hasn't commented on any part of their relationship, unlike Caroline and Bonnie who seemed happy for the two.

All of a sudden she realised she was outside at Caroline's house. She got out her car and strolled in the front door. She always liked Carolines house, it was very homely.

When she walked into the kitchen and saw liz making her breakfast and lunch for work.

"Morning Mama Forbes!" She greeted Liz with a bright smile on her face.

"Morning Brooke, how are you?" Liz smiled back at the teenager. Liz was grateful Caroline had a friend like Brooklyn. She was always there for Caroline when Liz had late shifts at work and even when Caroline struggled with being alone in the house, Brooklyn moved in with her until she was okay with being alone in the house.

"I'm fantastic this fine morning" she exclaimed, before heading for the stairs to wake up Caroline.

She walked into Caroline's room yelling "CareBear wake up!" earning a groan from the blondie lying on her bed.

"Go away Brook" she groaned into her pillow, pulling the duvet over her head.

"Carolinee" Brook sang "We have 30 minutes to get to school and we all know you take a long time to get ready."

Caroline shot up out of bed. "Why didn't you say that I only had thirty minutes to get ready!" she exclaimed, hitting Brook with a pillow, in the face.

"I fucking just told you Care!"

"Now get up!"

Brooke went downstairs and waited for Caroline to get ready, chatting to Liz. After twenty minutes Care came down looking as flawless as ever, an icon ladies and gentlemen.

The two bid goodbye to Liz and headed to school, blaring music in the car singing or screaming along to the words of Cares playlist, which is Brooke's favourite playlist of all time, she loves Cares taste in music.

They drive into the school parking lot with five minutes to spare. Brooke handed Caroline her breakfast roll and Caroline handed Brooke her coffee. The two smiled at each other and headed inside hell.

"I'm not saying don't date the guy. I'm just saying take it slow." Bonnie was currently telling Elena and Brooklyn the feeling she got when she touched Stefan.
