THERE IS YOUTUBE VIDEO CONTENT IN THIS CHAPTER AND IT ISNT GONNA BE 100 PERCENT BASED OFF THE VIDEO

When I'm in the middle of my shower on Sunday afternoon I get a FaceTime call from Chris. Who is also in the shower. What the fuck is going on.

"What is so important you had to ruin my nice warm shower." I wipe my eyes of water.

"Make sure nothing is showing I'm screen recording this for YouTube." My eyes nearly bulge out of my eye sockets.

"You're gonna get fucking demonetized. Anyways what are you calling for?"

"Well last week I ordered a rocket stomper and I just got a notification that it landed right on my front step and I wanted to know if you wanted to come test it out with me Nick and Matt." He opens his mouth and fills it with water and then waits for my answer.

"Sure. Give me like," I pull the notification screen on my phone down to check the time. "Give me 15 minutes and I'm all yours." He spits the water out and fills again, spitting it out. "All the girls in your YouTube are gonna be asking you to spit that water in their mouth if you don't stop." He spits out the water laughing.

"Okay finish your shower I can smell you through the screen." I roll my eyes at his comment.

"Whatever love you bye."

"Love you too bye." He hangs up. Surprisingly this isn't the most bizarre FaceTime call I've ever gotten from him. One time he FaceTimed me while he was shitting because he needed emotional support. Boys these days I tell you.

Just last week he FaceTimed me because he wanted to show me his Mohawk he made out of shampoo and then ended up crying two minutes later because he got soap in his eye.

I laugh at the memory and finish up my shower. When I step out I wrap my towel around my body and walk into my room. I hum to the tune of Motion Sickness by Phoebe Bridgers coming through my phone speakers.

I go into my closet and grab a tight black long sleeve shirt, ripped mom jeans, and a cream corduroy jacket. I put my hair into a low bun and put on my docs.

I tell my mom I'm heading out with triplets and make my way across the street.

"Clearly I didn't get the memo." I say walking into the room. Matt and Chris are both wearing sweat pants and hoodies but Nick is wearing a sweater and jeans.

"Omg can we take instagram pictures together because we look so good." Nick asks.

"Of course." I smile. "Okay where is this rocket stomper I've heard so much about?" Chris shows me and then shows the camera.

"So we're gonna go to this park that we used to go to when we were little and it has a cool wooden tower and we're gonna record and see who's goes the highest and whoever's goes the lowest then they get the rocket shot at their back." Chris explains.

"Mines gonna be the highest." Matt says.

"I think mines gonna be the highest actually." I cross my arms. Matt smiles and mocks me by crossing his arms too.

"We'll see about that." He responds. I blush furiously but ignore it and we all walk out of the door and into the van. I sit in the back so that Chris can have the front.

It's the day after the dance and I can't stop thinking about Matt. And it doesn't make it any easier that I spend everyday with him. I wonder if he knows that I can't get him off my mind. Maybe he's manifesting me. I think I want to tell him how I feel soon. I'm scared that he won't feel the same way and I've just been overlooking everything.
