Chapter 27

*LUCAS POV*

I knew her parents won't be home they always do that, she told me she spend the holidays alone every time, the only thing that u don't get is why they do that it's kinda wired, because Louren never told me anything about them, but now she have me and I will make her happy.

After we finished our pizza me and Louren going to her house, her parents aren't home so "why did you said i will be going with you to New Jersey?!" I was driving and my hand on her thigh , she was looking at me "because you coming with me" I said claim calmly "do you really mean it" she said softly I looked at her "of course" she looked down, i parked the car in front of her house "look at me" I said grabbing her chin gently "from now on you will spend every holiday with me not even holidays everyday Okay now you have me you're not alone" i said hugging her

"Okay" she said smiling ,i was planning on asking her about the problem with her parents but not now she seem to happy about spending the holiday with me "wait Lucas" she said stopping me from opening the house door "what if my parents didn't allow me to go with you" she said panicking "don't worry I promise you will come" not like they will care "come on now" i picked her up by her waist and carried her to her room

"LUCAS what are you doing" she said laughing, i start tickling her, she's laughing hard "Omggg stop..i cant.." I put her at the bed and get over her ,she's blushing I kissed her cheek and looked at her, I'm scared to make something that makes her uncomfortable, I kissed her and lay down on the top of her and close my eyes, she start playing with me hair, god I could do that for the rest of my life, i hugged her tightly.

I wake up hearing a voice of crying I looked at the girl sleeping in my chest tears in her eyes, i start shaking her "Louren , wake up" she start crying more "please baby it's me" she opened her eyes and looked at me, I hugged her "it's okay" i start playing with her hair "I'm here" I said kissing her head after a few minutes she fell asleep again and I spend all the night thinking about the nightmare she had

*LOUREN POV*

I wake up feeling someone playing with my hair I look up and see Lucas already looking at me ,i smiled at him and start getting up but he pulled me back to his chest "morning" he said ,god his voice it's so deep, he seems like he hasn't slept all night "did you sleep well" he asked you nodded "I want to use the bathroom" you said, he let go of your hand , i got to the bathroom and did my work.

After I finished I get out of the room and looked at Lucas he's sitting on the bed putting his hand in his messing morning hair "can I ask you something" he looked at me worried "yes" i said sitting next to him ,he hold my hand and looked at me again "do you keep having those nightmares?" I feel my heart in my hands "it have something with you parents?" He asked again I'm looking at the floor "do they hurt you?" He asked again, this time I looked at him "it's something happened in the past" i said almost whispered "you know you can talk to me" he said putting his hands on my cheeks "that thing is why your parents treat you like that" my eyes start to water.
