Gringotts- Inheritance Tests

I did not know a great way to end this chapter but it felt too long to include the rest of the visit to Gringotts.

Chapter Text

Harry woke up very early the next morning from a nightmare accidentally waking Tony as well due to them sharing the bed. Harry did not remember falling asleep so he assumes that he was carried here. He tried to wiggle his way off the bed without waking his Daddy, not yet realizing Tony is already awake being a light sleeper. Just as Harry got to the edge of the bed Tony scooped him into his arms to hold.

"What are you doing, little bug?" Tony asks

"I don't know" Harry says lying because he does not want his Daddy to yell at him for the bad dreams too. He wiggles a bit realizing that he is wet. Blushing bright red he tries to get away before his Daddy notices. He needs to go potty as well so if he could just get to the bathroom he would be good. Tony notices right away anyways and stands up holding Harry to his chest. He walks across the hotel to the bathroom and walks in turning on the lights.

"Do you need help Harry?" Tony asks after putting Harry down by the toilet realizing that it is too high for Harry to use without help but wanting to give the boy an option. It seems a training potty may be needed for a while until he can grow, or a step stool.

"I can do it" Harry once again lies and looks around as if hoping a solution will come to him. Tony decided to just help him so he goes he explains to Harry that until he is home and can get a stool or a training potty he is going to have to have help. He helps Harry out of the diaper throwing it away and lifting him onto the seat. He notices Harry looks a little confused but thinks nothing of it. He leaves Harry there to go while he grabs one of the pullups from the bag he has in the room. He decided to give Harry a bath real quick before they go out today. After the quick bath Tony helps Harry into the clothes around his cast and bandages, rewrapping his hands and applying the medicines. He has Harry brush his teeth. At this point he starts getting ready for the day as well, brushing his own teeth, using the restroom once Harry goes to the bedroom and having a shower for himself. He walks out in a towel having forgotten to bring clothes with him. He grabs his clothes quick and goes to change in the bathroom again to have some privacy.

Tony goes out to the living room/kitchen area. He sees Clive there making them some breakfast. He puts Harry at the table and goes to get himself some coffee. He called Gibbs as well to update him on the progress and that they would probably be going back to the US in a few days. As they sit down for breakfast Tony decided to explain more to Harry.

"So Harry, let me explain more about what we are doing today. We are going to go to Gringotts which is a Wizarding Bank we have here in Britain. It is run by the goblin nation, an ancient race of noble and powerful warriors powerful in their own right. Goblins have many resources and magic beyond what wizards have so they can help you with anything we may need. We are going to see about your money and titles so that my Uncle Clive can help us take care of it when we are not here. They can also give us more information about your family. They will also be able to help us get a passport." Tony explains the best he can from what he read and was told this past week. He looks at his uncle and gets a nod confirming that what he said is correct. They take their time finishing breakfast and since they are in London already they decide to walk to Diagon Alley.

Tony helps Harry put on his shoes and jacket over the cast before they go. He grabs the backpack with snacks and extra pull ups in it just in case and they head down to the street. Tony has Harry hold his hand on the walk there. Harry was so distracted looking around at everything after the second time he tripped Tony picked him up to carry him the rest of the way. They walk into the Leaky Cauldron and greet Tom the Bar man.
