day three - part one

Hye-Yoon stand by the window as she watch On-Jo climbed down the ropes slowly, Su-Hyeok help her get in before Joon-Yong begin climbing down the ropes, she waited by the window for a few minutes until Joon-Yong reach the recording room as she helped him get inside.

"Thank god your legs ain't cramping now..." She blurred out, causing Gyeong-su to chuckle at her jokes, "I was nervous.." He told her before making his way toward the table and began getting all the stuff out of the bags while repairing the drone that was made by his old club mate.

"Will this really work?" Hye-Yoon asked On-Jo, she turned to her and nodded her head, ensuring her that it would work.

Hye-Yoon nods her head and takes a seat beside Ji-Min as they all face Joon-Yong, repairing the drone. Hye-Yoon might be clever but she doesn't do science since science scares her plus whatever science she is making will always turn bad so she rather sit back and let the professional do the job.

They watch as Jong-Yoon plugs in the wires into the drone as it creates a noise and he checks on the controller, "does it work?" Dae-su asks Joon-Yong, hopefully it works.

"Is it working?" He asked again, "I think it will." He replied.

Jong-Yoon put the controller down before wearing the headset, his eyes covered as his view came from the drone before taking the controller from the table and testing the drone as it flew around; scaring everyone.

The drone was so fast that it scared Dae-su when it was about to crash into him, "Holy—" he startled, "that thing's crazy fast." He announced, shocked since the drones are handmade and small.

Joon-Yoon ignored him as he controlled the drone, "I'll take it outside after I find Cheong-san." He announces, everyone looked at him before turning to the drone, "If I find any rescuers out there, I'll land in front of them." He plans.

"Okay, Okay, Okay.." Dae-su said, standing up as he watched Jong-Yoon begin controlling the drone as it whirred but stopped when Nam-ra spoke up.

"Wait a second." She stopped him catching everyone's attention.

"They say when people know their situation is hopeless," She paused before gazing at On-Jo, "that's when they despair." She stated.

Everyone turns silent, knowing that her words are fact but Dae-su doesn't care, "sweet talk.." he says, causing Nam-ra to face him, "But what does that mean?" He asks her, clearly clueless as Gyeong-su sighs beside him.

"She meant it, even if everyone in the world but us turned into zombies, we can't fall into despair." Hye-Yoon told them looking at each of them while Nam-ra nodded her head, at least one of them understood her.

"Ahh.. so that's what that means?" Dae-su nodded his head but knowing him, he wouldn't understand.

Suddenly On-Jo spoke up, "Nam-ra.. Hye-Yoon ah.." They turn to face her, "It's best to make a plan and try to stick to it," She told them, "but we're not all top students, and we can't be as smart as you both." Her state sounded desperate to find Cheong-san.

"Being logical isn't part of human nature.." She adds, "In a crisis, it's better to be logical." Nam-ra talks back, "Nam-ra is telling the fact, this is much more of a crisis so thinking out of the box is better than being desperate." Hye-Yoon interrupts, by now her fear and bravery are balanced. She doesn't know whether to be scared or be brave.

"We need more hope than logic." On-Jo acknowledged them, "don't you guys think that right?" She asks them, Nam-ra and Hye-Yoon keep quiet as they look away.

"Hey, I think.." Gyeong-su butt in, "flying the drone is what we need right now.." He says while rubbing on his head before pointing at the drone.

The two top students face him as he and Dae-su quickly bend down closer to Jong-Yoon, "Okay. Try it." He told him.
