Remarked by Dr. Serizawa, Godzilla is force of nature whose duty is to correct any imbalance that threaten the natural order such as the MUTOS and Ghidorah since the entire planet is in a way her territory. Godzilla has a neutral view towards humanity as she will not attack them on purpose or pick a fight since she considers them to be of insignificance as they're not worth her time or lifting a finger against seeing how they are being their own means of destruction just fine on their own. Either in her human or Titan form, Godzilla is persistent and single-minded in ensuring a threat is eliminated and will go through any obstacle at all cost. Godzilla appears to be a "strong silent" type of person who prefers to be in solitude and cut off from everyone, carrying this cold-like demeanor to ward individuals off. But upon being human, this is now mostly seen as her being unfamiliar with human norms and spends the majority of her time hibernating in her Titan form until a certain event calls for her. She does have trouble letting people wanting to get close to her on a personal level with a few exceptions and prefers to work alone. Getting in touch with human norms such as pop culture or academic subjects, Godzilla is quite intelligent and has a strong aptitude for learning the world of humans on how it differentiates than her Titan one. Once fully understood and grown among humans, Godzilla is a confident, open-hearted, satisfied person who is strong with her instincts and allies, being good at reading people and their intention. As protector of the planet, she would fight till the death to protect the life that thrives in the world she cares.
