Appearance-Kandence is a small girl, only 5'1 and weighs only 35 kilograms. She has mousy brown hair and almond brown eyes. Although from district 1, Kandence was never trained to be a career. Her parents thought that they could hide her in the basement along with her older sister Kassie(see tribute 4) but the peacekeepers found her. Kandence is very small and skinny with few muscles and very pale skin.
Personality-Kandence is very humble and shy, but likes to meet new people. She is unsure of techniques for fighting, and that is why she prefers to use a trident as it has a higher chance of impaling with her skill level. She hates to fight with anyone, let alone kill them so Kandence has a low chance of surviving.
