One month later.....
Sarah was coaxing her daughter to sleep. Her nanny was preparing to leave as it was already 10pm. Her daughter who seemed to be obedient was throwing tantrums all of a sudden from couple of weeks.
Sarah furrowed her brows and breastfeeded her.... She was singing a lullaby to make her daughter Amber to sleep.
Calvin had went to City B right after a week she got discharged from hospital, due to some business and she was alone in a small village of City X now.
The place she was living was a luxurious farm house which was Calvin's private property. She was safe here, nobody traced her during all these months of her stay over here, as this village was far from city B and also very few people lived here. Calvin had placed several bodyguards for her safety too.
Soon Amber closed her teary eyes only then Sarah put her in the cradle and went to her room to get some rest she was damm tired.
Sarah was sleeping soundly when she felt a warm embrace. She was in deep sleep while her eye lids were reluctant to part due to exhaustion. She pulled herself closer to the warm yet familiar embrace and slept peacefully.
The next day when Sarah woke up it was already 6 am in the morning. She ruffled her hair in confusion. Why she always felt like she was sleeping in Victor's embrace every night?
Had she not forgotten him yet?.. Did she missed his touch?...
She shook her head waving her hands as she chased the unwanted thoughts she had felt every morning since couple of weeks. May be her daughter was making her more exhausted during the day so she was hallucinating, she thought to herself and went to Amber's room.
To Sarah's surprise her daughter who would start crying at 5 am in the morning everyday was not even making a sound today. Sarah stood at the door and looked at the cradle.
"Amber... Amber... ".. Sarah rushed towards the beautiful pink cradle like a crazy women.
She shouted Amber's name on top of her lungs and searched the whole room but she couldn't find her daughter anywhere.
Like a soulless being, she rused towards the gate where at least 10 sturdy bodyguards were standing.
"Where is my daughter?" Sarah roared on top of her lungs.
The bodyguards eyes narrowed when they saw Sarah's ghost like appearance.
"Come on gather up"... One of the bodyguard sensed what Sarah was saying so he communicated with his other fellow through the walkie talkie.
Sarah eyes widened in shock when she saw the anxious looks in the bodyguards face. They too didn't knew about her daughter's whereabouts she was sure of that.
Then, does that mean her one month old daughter just vanished in thin air?.. Sarah mind was dancing in terror when she thought about the thousands possibilities of her missing daughter.
Her vision was turning blurry and dark and a bad premonition triggered her mind. Her heart started racing and she felt suffocation as if someone was grabbing her neck tightly making her unable to breadthe. She took few steps back in horror and soon she fainted.
Few hours later.....
"Amber".. Sarah woke up from a dream where she was drowning deep into the sea and in the bottom of the sea was lying her daughter. She was trying to go deep down to get her daughter but soon she was pulled back by someone and she lost the sight of her child.
"Madam, are you alright".. The nanny stood beside Sarah's bed and gave a sympathetic look.
"Where is Amber?".. Sarah spoke in frustration. Her heart was beating like a drum when she saw the anxious looks in the Nanny's eyes.
Was she really dreaming?
