CH-60..... Can we go back?

"We are not cousin and you are not James too."

The room felt into a pin drop silence all of a sudden.

Victor hugged the soulless Sarah in his arms afraid that she may faint again.

Scarlett was choking on her sobs. The James never wanted to face this day. They had faced many hurdles in life to keep this a secret but today the destiny choosed the other way around.

William also sighed with tearful eyes. His health was not good after the heart stroke he got when Sarah vanished.

"We are sorry, baby." Victor said in husky voice.

Sarah pushed Victor aside all of a sudden and rushed towards William.

"Dad, please stop the nonsense. I am okay. I will not die if I don't get a chance to marry Victor. Love is not the only thing important, isn't it?.. You all don't have to go this far just because of my relationship with Victor"... Sarah said shooking William's hand in distress.

William stared at his daughter for a moment. He too never wanted to admit that fact, no never in this life. But he can't die in peace seeing his daughter living with guilt all her life. Whether she was adopted or born by him, she was still his heart.

"Sarah, we are sorry. Will you forgive your dad and mom?"...William said in aggrieved voice stroking her hair.

Sarah was hit by a thunderstorm when she heard what her father just said. She pushed the hand in air and took a step back.

Not wanting to realize what nonsense they were spouting she turned her back...

"Amber might be awake".. She wanted to shut down herself at this moment so she walked upstairs.

"Listen to me. Sarah we aren't lying. Victor had already said that you and he were pretending against the earlier pregnancy. I came back not because I wanted to bring this upon us.

When you said you were in love with Victor and your parents were against it. I came back just to convince Scarlett and William. Never did I thought my arrival would bring such havoc in your life.

You and Victor are both my child. I wanted to convince your parents to let you marry Victor and thought I would again go back to my own life after that, but I guess we were knocked by the destiny this time, things started to happen without our knowledge. No matter who you are, you are always Scarlett's and William's daughter."..

Anna caught Sarah halfway and said every word with much dedication and empathy.

Sarah staggered few steps. She didn't raised her eyes. She wanted to vomit blood at this moment. All her life she treated Lisa well because she sympathize her for being adopted but what now she found out that she was indeed the adopted one?

An inexciple feeling arouse in her heart. She turned back and saw Lisa's watery eyes.
Lisa was caught off guard. She hung her head low. Sarah exclaimed, only she was in the dark isn't?..

Now the whole picture came into light. Why they were sitting together and chatting happily earlier.

Sarah eyes was covered with thick clouds now. She felt like it was a mere dream. She thought of many if and buts. What if she never met Victor. Did her parents thought of keeping it a secret all her life?

Was it possible for them to go back in time and choose another way around?

"Sarah, you should hear us first." Lisa came with trembling voice towards her.

"Enough...".. Sarah barked like a angered tigress and climbed upstairs.

She can't handle it, no more. She dint want to hear any of the reasons, She just want to stay alone.
