Peter Parker POV: The Rhino, real name Aleksei Mikhailovich Sytsevich, was once a thug for the Russian Mafia, trying to grasp the dreams of easy money, but now encased in powerful armor permanently bonded to his form, was modeled after the hide of a rhinoceros, and he uses his horn to smash away another SWAT van. The police quickly dispersed as the oncoming projectile approached them, resulting in the destruction of other police vehicles by the brute.

"No good small fries!" he laughed at their futile attempt to apprehend him. Bullets rained down on him, but they had no effect on his armor as he charged at the officers; once again, he uses his horn to smash away another cop vehicle, landing on another vehicle and instantly destroying it.

"I'm the Rhino, and nothing can get to me!" He lifted another police car with brute strength as the law enforcements stood helplessly watching Rhino on his rampage one unlucky law enforcement officer was caught in the shadow of the thrown object as the others scattered away from the car after tripping on his own two feet. The poor officer layed on the floor with his hands over his head, awaiting his untimely death. After a few tense moments that felt like an eternity, the officer opened his eyes and scanned the area to ensure he wasn't dead. When he flipped over on his side, he noticed that the car was suspended in midair by ropes, but the ropes were actually webs.
