I met Miguel outside the school at 3pm sharp. Well thats what i texted him cause i didnt wanna wait around for him to say goodbye to all of his geeky mates. And ofcourse here he comes running down the stairs with one of his mates. I think his names Eli, because he is'nt easy to forget with the mark he has on top of his lip. But anyway they were joking around so i just started walking to see if they would end up having to run or call me. I spent the time walking home thinking about more places my Mom could have gone. But ofcourse the places in LA are endless. But could she be somewhere else? Asia? Africa? New Zealand? Im gonna drive myself crazy with this. Before I knew it i was back at home and Miguel and Eli were trailing behind me. "Hey Y/N!" Miguel shouts "Can we come over and hang in your new room. I can help you with the homework while im at it". I nod my head and enter the house. The Unusual sight that i must get used to was Johnny laid out on the couch yet again. If only i was old enough to drink my feelings away too.
While i was doing my homework with Miguel slouched over my shoulder, i couldnt help but notice that Eli kept staring at me and to be honest i liked it. It was at that moment Johnny ran in. "Guys im starting a karate dojo named Cobra Kai in the strip mall and you are gonna be my first students.... Woah dude whats with the lip?" Eli starts to say something but runs out with tears in his eyes. "DA-" I start to yell. "QUIET! From now on you call me Sensei got it?". Miguel and i were to scared to fight so we just nodded out heads. "I CANT HEAR YOU!" He yells again " YES SENSEI!" we laugh.
2 days later life couldnt be anymore worse. Dad, i mean Sensei started Cobra Kai and we had so many students. I forgot about Mom... Well atleast for a while, but Miguel and I hadnt seen Eli in awhile and we were starting to get worried. We both went over to his house many times but Miss Moscowitz said he wasnt up for visitors. But anyway It was Saturday night and all of us Cobra Kai kids were about to finish training when..... The bell on the door chimed and some guy with a red mowhawk walked in. "E-eli?'' I question. "Its Hawk now" dad stated and told him to get in line and continued the lesson. After class we were all cooling down and talking, "Hey who wants to go to the movies?" Miguel asked. We all got excited and changed back into our outfits.

"Hot daymm whos bringing this pretty lady to the movies" Hawk questions as Miguel cracks up with laughter. I go bright red and answer with "well I dont know hawk, but ill be right back guys i just gotta go tell my dad where im going" i half yell as im walking away. I walk into his office and am not supprised seeing him smash down another can of whatever awful beverage he drinks. "Hey Dad, im going to the movies with some mates i may be out late so dont wait up for me.'' I clearly state. " Yeah yeah just dont end up getting pregnant you hear me? Worst thing you can ever do.'' I feel bad leaving him in this state but then again im allowed a little fun every once and awhile too.
We all pile in Hawks car and i was told to sit in the front. These kids were clearly setting me and Hawk up but I didnt mind and he didnt either as he placed his hand on my thigh. It was weird at first but I liked the way that for once i got to be the main Character. We made it to the movie theater and everyone paied for their ticket to watch 'It'. My heart was racing knowing that i was about to step foot into a dark theater to watch a horror movie. It was never my thing, but i watched them all the time in LA with my mom. I decided to pick the seat next to Hawk so he would be there if i needed.
About 20 minutes into the story i got so scared i stood up and sat on Hawks lap. He snuggled his head into my neck and whispered '' Too scary for you Princess?'' I nodded and faced him, hiding my head into his chest as he kissed me softly. Obviously everyone got a seat behind us as they all started whooping and laughing, happy i was finally breaking down these walls of mine. After the movie, Hawk and I walked out with his hand around my waist. Miguel was busy whispering to me about something but Hawk pulled me away into a corner. "Y/N i know this is soon but... Will you be my Girlfriend?'' I screamed in excitement and said yes ofcourse and we kissed. It was so amazing and full of energy. We got back in the car, everyone eager to find out the details and drove back to Miguel and I's apartment block. Holding hands the whole time.
