Today was the day I had dreaded ever since I got the call that mom had died. The day before Sam and I went to buy dresses because we had never needed a funeral dress before. I was so glad that the LaRusos decided to come to the funeral because I don't know if I can do it without them there. Anthony woke me up this morning, Waffles in hand. I thought it was cute how he was trying to make me happy because he knew this day was going to be hard on me.
" They arent as good as yours but atleast its something" He admits
Johnny was away on something so Daniel told me I had to stay with him in this time of need. Of course i declined at first, wanting to grieve alone in my own space. But after the first night i decided i didnt wanna be home alone and end up hurting myself.
Anthony had the most sweetest morning voice, it makes you blush. He made me get up and go exercise before the funeral and him and Sam went off to talk about something in the garage that I wasn't allowed to hear. While they were talking I decided to get dressed.

-Your Dress (everything else is what you want) As I walk down the stairs, Sam, Anthony and Daniel stare at me in awe."Uhh wow Y/N you look so.... Pretty" Anthony says."Thanks Anthony, this feels so unreal.""It will take some time to get through it Y/N but all of your friends are here and we aren't leaving " said Sam I walk down and hold their hands in mine."That's why I love you all so much"We finish getting ready and head to the funeral home. I start tearing up, and Anthony comes and whispers in my ear..."Y/N, if you don't wanna do this you don't have to okay?"" Anthony I have to it's what my Mom would have wanted" Miguel and the rest of the cobra Kai students come in. They all come past me and send me their condolences. Miguel hands me this beautiful bouquet of flowers, obviously made by his Abuela.
" She said you can come over for dinner anytime. Or even just come over to study or get away from anyone" He says
"Thanks Miguel i really apreciate it. And say thankyou to your Abuela for her beautiful flowers"
The rest of them hug me and take a seat. They all look so weird in their fancy clothing and not their gis like usual. I wish Johnny was here though. Mom would have liked him to be here but of course Johnny was stubborn and would have never come. Thats why he left, he was to full of emotion and he couldnt deal so he left.
(TRIGGER WARNING)
The officiator begins and then it all just comes over me. I burst into tears and shake. Anthony comes over to me and puts his hand on my leg. I made it through half way of the funeral until my mind just overfills with everything. I run out. Not looking behind at the people yelling my name behind me. My mind just full of dust. I want to kill myself. To be with my mom again. I wanted to either do pills or jump. I decided to jump because it would take less time and people couldnt reverse what i had done. I run to the nearest cliff that I knew seeing as if I had only been in this town for a month. I was gonna jump. Until I heard a voice behind me. A voice so comforting I turned around.
"Please-" I cut him off as I run into his arms and sob. I could hear him crying, thinking that he was gonna lose me, his best friend.
" Im sorry. Im so so sorry" I sob
He picks me up and wrap my legs around his waist as he gets back into Daniels car. We drive home in silence and he holds me the whole way, often lifting my head to wipe my tears off my so called "pretty face".
He walks straight up the stairs and takes me to his bed. We cuddle in silence as he watches the rest of the football game he missed that day He often fed me some of the Mac and cheese that Amanda had come and given him. She whispered to him telling him that " She has to eat or shes gonna get seriously sick". Too be honest i wanted to get sick. The only thing that was keeping me here was Johnny, Cobra kai and Anthony. He puts his weighted blanket over me and I fall asleep in his arms.
