6:45. Time to get up, its my first day at West Valley Middle School and Miguel promised to look after me today as we both have the same classes and because i know no one. The only class I dont have with Miguel is homeroom but that should be easy as thats only 20 minutes straight after first period. I walk out of my room and do the usual things that i takes for me to get ready.

Seeing as there is no food in the fridge, I grab money out of my wallet and put that in my school bag so I can stop past the grocery store on the way home. Johnny is already up suprisingly and is sitting at the table staring at Miguels Mom Carmen, which is a little werid. Ok alot! "Hey Dad, bye Dad." I say. " Woah woah woah, let me take a look at my little girl. wow you have gotten big. But hey no boys! Especially not my best bud Miguel." He states. " umm Dad.. I have to go Miguels waiting for me." I grab back my shoulder and walk out the door.
Walking to school with Miguel was awesome, but I dont think that I would ever like him more than a friend. First period was alright. It was Maths and the teacher called me out in front of everyone and made me talk about myself, when all i wanted to do was slip back into my dark hole of trying to find my mother. Miguel was very sincere about it and just continued talking to these kids. Eli, Demetri and Sam. They looked nice but i was too tired to say anything so i just smiled. I never knew how many kids were here until the bell rung and everyone started to walk to Homeroom. Miguel pulled me back and gave me the "motivational" talk but it went in one ear and back out the other. I chucked on my Airpods and blasted my Moms favourite song "Paradise" by Chainsmokers and made my way to room 15.
As I walked in this boy quickly caught my eye. His brown fluffy hair, lushious brown eyes that you could stare at for days. Oh no bro he caught me staring. awww he winked. "Hi im Kenny and you must be Y/N" This random boy came up to me and stated. "ooh your looking at the one and only Anthony Larusso. Nah you'll never end up getting him, hes to popular". I get snapped out of my thoughts "wow ok Kenny. And you are?'' "oh hi there Im Lia and i know we are gonna be such good friends." Lia says. I smiled and the rest of the day went by so quickly. Miguel felt a little jealous that i spent my whole day with Lia and Kenny instead of him, but he grew out of t and enjoyed his freedom and hang out with his other friends instead. Knowing that Him and I were gonna unravel it all walking back home again soon.
