Illegalist Insurrection: An Unofficial TwoSet Adventure

BlueMeow's Disappearance

"Legalist? Aileana? Where are you?" mumbled the voice of Lady BlueMeow. Her whiskers perked, eyes narrowed, she looked around.

Just as she was about to call out louder to get their attention, Illegalist extended a flash of dark flame. BlueMeow's ears pricked, and she turned her head to find herself staring into the dark speck of flame.

"Hey, Le—"

And then the flame struck her forehead, and she slumped onto the floor.

Illegalist grinned in glee and whisked up the unconscious body, disappearing in a blink.

Fortunately for Lady BlueMeow, however, the first words of her call had reached the others. Unfortunately for her, though, they could not find her...

After what seemed like mere seconds in her mind, Lady BlueMeow groggily opened her eyes. The first thing she noticed was that she was in an enchanted prison cell, obvious due to its location in a dark lair. She huffed. Who dares trap me? she thought, slicing at the bars. And then she sliced again.

Nothing happened.

With sickening shock, she realized that her powers were utterly feeble against the enchanted bars. And then she screeched and skidded back as a terrifying bout of laughter filled her ears. "My, my, my! And if it isn't the little kitten who's finally awake!" said an echoing voice.

BlueMeow gasped as the ferocious face of Illegalist appeared, her face so pale it was as if she'd seen a ghost. She whimpered and ducked her head as his scary laughter bombarded her ears. "Too afraid to even speak, I see?" Illegalist said. "Well, better hold your tongue, because this certainly is not over yet!"

After he was done entertaining himself with her fear, he vanished in a blink of an eye to capture the others.
