Crowded places really feel the loneliest sometimes.
I am currently here at the mall shopping for my school needs and also a few necessities. I got my first paycheck yesterday, and I am so happy because my hard work is not put to waste.
I wanted to give my mom half of my paycheck but she declined because according to her I need it more for my school.
Way back in middle school, I always love school supplies shopping. I always do it with my appa since mom is busy with our old business before.
I never imagined that budgeting is quite hard. I did not buy all the needed requirements because my money is not enough, maybe I'll buy those things on my second paycheck.
I am surrounded by people yet I feel so lonely. Crowded places indeed feel the loneliest.
"Jungwonah~ I'm already here at the campus. Where are you?" I'm currently talking to Sunoo on the phone.
"I just finished buying important stuff. I'm on my way there sunoossi." I said.
It was just a short call, we did not talk much. I just told him to meet me at the gate since I'm just gonna walk going there, our school is not that far from the mall.
"Welcome to Koviere University and Congratulations for passing the scholarship!" I heard claps after the University Secretary greeted us.
We're currently in a room here in the university and we are only 10-15 in total. So, I'm quite lucky that I passed this scholarship out of all students. Lucky for me!
"As you can see, this scholarship is different from the other scholarships we offer. This scholarship is requested by our University President, all your tuition fees are catered by our President. So, I hope you won't let him down." We all nodded and continued the meeting.
Ms. Choi discussed the things that we should do and don't. We also have to maintain our grades and we have to join clubs.
"Meeting adjourned. I'll see you next week!"
"Thank you Ms. Choi!" We all said in unison.
She was about to leave the door but I guess she forgot to announce something.
"Uhh... wait. I still have to talk to Mr. Yang Jungwon."
Oh. I was so stunned to speak so I just nodded in response. I gave sunoo a reaction which means that he shouldn't wait for me because I feel like it's gonna be a long talk.
All of them have already gone and I am left with Ms.Choi.
"I guess your such a lucky person."
What? Me? Lucky?
I don't think so.
"Well, the President requested that you should be the one tutoring his child. Well, not exactly tutor more like guiding." She said while putting her things in her bag.
"Uhh. Why me?" I asked curiously. I don't wanna sound rude tho' that was a genuine question.
"Oh dear, don't feel so special." She said and let out a chuckle at the end.
"Well, you're the only one who passed the scholarship qualification that is taking Business Management. Another reason is you're very intelligent."
I don't know what to say. I can't even move my mouth. I'm already thinking about how will I juggle my studies with my work and now this! But I also can't take this offer down or else I will lose my scholarship!
"You don't have to worry because we will adjust with your time and you will be paid extra for this. You can tutor him whenever you're free." Ms. Choi added.
I can't believe that I'll get money from this?! I will never take this offer down. I may have a hard time but I am sure that I'll slay this all!
"Okay Ms.Choi, but who? I mean who will I tutor?"
"I'll send you the details on your email account. You'll meet him when classes start."
She already bid her goodbye to me. While walking on my way to my apartment I kept thinking about who will this person be. Well, I do not know if he is a child or a middle schooler. All I know is its a him.
What if he is a kindergarten student? Omg, that would be cute! But why did Ms. Choi mention my course?
