They sat up, slowly. Bucky's hand went up to the place on his forehead the bullet had gone in, but found nothing, not even a scar. It was rather disconcerting.
Kiki was still stood in the corner, facing the pop up beds they had been placed on. She was convinced they were just in her imagination, since it is not possible for death to bring life.
Bucky nudged Rosa, who was in the middle, to go to her. Rosa had no idea what was really going on, but she could see that Kiki needed a hug, and who doesn't like hugs?
"Group hug!" Sol yelled, grinning. She threw her arms around Rosa and Kiki, who was sobbing slightly with joy at having everyone back.
"We are definitely going to need to talk about the bring back to life thing." Bucky said from the other side of the room, as Sol pulled him in too.
"There are a lot of things we are going to need to talk about."

"WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?"
Bucky winced. He had never seen her that angry before.
"Why would you bring ROSA? OF ALL PEOPLE? You KNOW how important she is to me. AND HER MOTHER. WHICH I AM NOT." Kiki sat down in the plane seat opposite Bucky, rubbing her forehead. "And Sol. I... I don't know."
She seemed to deflate, all the energy going out of her.
"What is it?" It wasn't just the fact they had died that was getting to her.
"There are so many of my memories that I have never gotten back, that I can't get back. They're gone forever. I don't even know how long I was there for."
"That I can help with. You were there for 3 days." He looked down. "I don't know what happened, but it wouldn't change much. You're still you, Ki. You protected Rosa, and Sol, and me. So, thank you."
They sat there for a while. The silence wasn't awkward, but there was a burning question Bucky needed to ask that they could both almost see in the air.
"Ki?"
"Hm?"
"Why did you save me first?"
Silence.
He needed to know.
"Because..." She thought about it carefully, seeming calm, but there was a panicked look in her eyes. "Well, because you are a really good friend to me. A friend that I care about a lot. And I didn't think that I could help any of you, so it didn't really matter which way I started from."
Neither of them noticed Sol waking up on the other side of the plane. Neither of them noticed her hear their entire conversation.
And neither of them noticed her mutter, "Damn, Miraculous moment much." and falling back asleep.

"Well, that's interesting." Marx swivelled in his chair, thinking. "I wonder how she did that."
He pointed to one of the men in his office and barked, "You! Go fetch Crescentia!"
Then, he opened a drawer and pulled out a gun, pointing it at the rest of the men left.
"You abandoned your comrades, and refused to go in with them. They were brave men. You are not. Hydra does not have cowards."
He shot them.
