[A/N 1: Hello everyone! Sorry this took so long! I've been working non-stop on my thesis and finals, and barely have time to do anything else. I'll slowly get back to my writing. Thank you for your patience. Love, N. ]

[A/N 2: This was supposed to be a School Reunion type of fic, but I sorta changed it into something else. Hope you like it either way. Might write the other version someday, I just can't find the inspiration right now.]

Weddings. I'm quite sure that if you looked the word up, you would find something under the lines of a ceremony where two people are united in marriage; A celebration of love and commitment. But that's not what they only are. They are also a wonderful opportunity for showing off fancy clothes, and catching up with old friends. Sometimes friends you thought you'd never see again. Friends like Henry. Who you haven't seen or talked to in ages. And who you thought had forgotten all about you long ago.

"Damn, is that Henry?" Your friend asked carefully tugging on your arm, making you turn your head to look in the same direction she was looking at.

"It appears so." You replied lowly. Quickly turning back to her, not wanting him to notice you staring. You knew he was close friends with the groom, but it still surprised you he had attended the event.

"Wow, he's gotten a lot hotter since senior year." She whispered unable to take her eyes off of him.

"Kate!" You whisper-yelled. A grin spreading across your face.

"What? He is!" She explained. "Shit! He's looking our way. Act cool." She told you, loudly laughing as she pretended you had just told her the funniest thing.

"You really are something, aren't you?" You said giggling. Lightly shaking your head as your eyes unconsciously searched for his.

Finding them staring back at you did nothing but cause your breath to get caught in your throat. Afraid that maybe, if you let it out, it's slight breeze would erase his figure mixing it with the wind.

A timid smile on your end was enough for him to mirror it broadly. Like you had just given him a boost of confidence as he walked through the group of people anxiously waiting for the ceremony to start. Luckily for you, someone else stood on his way. Diverting him into conversation and allowing you to finally breath again.

Henry desperately wanted to get to you. To talk to you, to hear your voice again after all this years. He wondered if your hair still smelled like it used to; if your eyes still held that spark he would often get lost on. But he was too polite to ignore whomever had interrupted him.

It would only be a few more minutes, he was still determined to get to you.

"Hmm, I see..." Kate said bursting the bubble you were floating on.

"See what?" You questioned, but your friend only looked back at you with amusement. "See what?" You repeated.

"I have to... uhm... I'm gonna... I'll save us some seats." She said quickly walking away.

"What?" You asked confused watching her get lost amongst the other guests.

"Y/N?" You heard a man say. And you didn't have to turn around to know who it was, you'd recognize that voice anywhere.

"Henry..." You said in a breath, turning to face him. A nervous smile dancing on your lips. "How did you..."

"I'd recognize you anywhere." He stated. "You look exactly the same." He added with a warm smile. A smile you hadn't seen in ages. In person at least.

"I thought I'd never see you again." You confessed. "I can't believe you're taller than me now." You added before he could say anything.

"It's been more than ten years and that's all you have to say?" He questioned, raising one of his eyebrows.
