Noah's POV

We finally got to school and this dude was still following me. I hope he barely has any gas left, I don't understand why he is so damn persistent on talking.
Maybe he's trying to prank me, I thought in my head.

I heard a honk from behind me, and guess who was still there.

Kyle.

I rolled my eyes, groaning in annoyance. He opened his mouth to say something but then the bell rang. I took this as my chance and ran even though I heard him screaming my name to get my attention.

I went to my English class and slid into my seat, right beside the window. I let out a sigh and looked outside the glass. I smiled seeing the birds flying, the leaves from trees flow against the wind. It was so calming.

I heard a chair leg scrape next to mine. No one usually sits next to me so I turn to see who it was. My smile drops, yes the scenery was very calming. Unlike him.

"What are you doing here?"

"This is my class?" He gives me a goofy smile.

"No way..this class only has like 10 people. It's for the smartest kids in this damn school."

"Oh and I'm not smart because I'm a jock? So stereotypical, some of us have brains too." He said with a hint of anger.

"I said that because you were the idiot who told your mom we were an item before even knowing my name, genius. Not because you're a jock and as you can see I've never even seen you in this class before. " I whispered harshly.

"Oh..right. My bad?" He said giving me an awkward smile.

I huffed and turned away to look back out the window, ignoring his entire existence.

45 minutes later I hear the bell rang. I quickly packed up my stuff, pulled my chair out and bolted. I didn't bother to push it in, I didn't have time.

I'm trying to get this madman away from me.

"Noah! Dude! Wait up!" I hear him call after me.

I clench my teeth and walk faster. I don't understand why this guy is so damn determined. I'm not freaking god, why does he wanna see me so bad.

Mid-thought I felt a huge hand grab me by my right shoulder. I was spun around, making eye contact with Kyle's beautiful green eyes.

Stupid pretty green eyes.

"What in the flying fuck could you possibly want. I am trying to be a very anti-social nerd," I look behind him,

"where are your friends. I'm sure they're looking for our star quarterback."

Kyle furrowed his eyebrows,

"I don't understand. Everyone else would want to be my friend. Or even have the opportunity."

I scowled at him. He looked purely confused but I'll be damned if I'm fooled by a cute puppy dog face again.

"Well here's a lesson. Noah Blake is not like every other horny teenager. He is a respectful human being who plans to get done with highschool smoothly and possibly graduate earlier. I don't need to involve myself with the likes of you. Never again."

He didn't say anything, he just looked..shocked. I took this as my opportunity to take my leave. I spun on my heel and started walking.

Jeez, where does he get this persistence.
