Chapter 28

It was the last day for the said 3 days dates that Sana planned out. While dressing up in red, Tzuyu can't help but to be sad

"Will I ever see her again?" Was the first question that came to her mind

"Yah! Tzuyu, I guess Sana didn't come to pick you up today" Shuhua said knocking on her door

"Ehh?" She looked confused as she looked at the window and no familiar car was there

"I'll go out first Shuhua" she said and ran outside the building. She looked around every car and there were no sign of Sana being around. She immediately texted her to ask where she were but she got no reply. She tried texting her for 20 times but it didn't do anything. She tried to think of where Sana could possibly go other than the bus stop but she can't help but get worried as the time that she didn't reply increases. "The bus stop it is then" She thought and ran to the bus stop that they were supposed to meet at the first day

panting she stopped at her tracks when she saw a girl sitting on the bench "Yah! why are you not answering your phone" She yelled at her

"Eh? Sorry I didn't hear the notification ring. I was just about to go to your place" Sana pouted with a worried expression

"Why are you taking the bus?" She asked as she sat beside Sana

"Manager-nim needed the car she will get scolded if the management would know that I borrowed the car again" Sana explained with an apologetic face

"Well the car wasn't necessary we could have just walked or I could have rented a car. Too bad I always forget to get a car here, my car is staying in Korea" She told her so that Sana wouldn't feel guilty

"Oh who is taking care of it?" Sana curiously asked while they were waiting for the bus to arrive

"Dahyun and Mina, I also gave them the permission to use it" She told her, not too long the bus arrived just in time. They sat near the exit so that they could go out easier. They sat side by side, Sana was in the window side. "Where are we going?" She asked as she felt the bus' destination took a different route

"Secret" Was the only word Sana said as she smiled at her. The ride was quite and comfortable for both of them. Sana was just looking outside the window. She could see that the road became more green. They were like going up the mountains. It was past an hour already and she suddenly felt dizzy. She rested her head to the chair headrest and unknowingly fell asleep after half an hour. A tap on her shoulder was the one that woke her up. "We're near" Sana told her

Only then she realized that she was leaning her head on Sana. She immediately straightened up and looked at Sana who was calmly looking at the scenery. "I'm sorry for leaning on you" She apologizes

"As long as you're comfortable that's all that matters" Sana smiled at her and at the same time the bus stopped. "Let's go" Sana said as as she carried her bag. She can't help but notice that her bag was weirdly much bigger than the last time. "Let me help you with that" She said and went to snatch one of the bag from Sana. She was surprised at how heavy was it, she tried to hide that she was having a hard time carrying it.

"What are we going to do that you brought a lot?" She curiously asked "Well, I was too excited that I brought more than I expected. I prepared food and a mat" Sana said and we stopped at seemingly a thousand of stairs. "You want us to climb that? with this?" She pointed at the stairs then the bag that she was holding

"I'm really sorry... but it's worth it" Sana smiled trying her hardest to convince Tzuyu

"Let's go" She said and took the first step then Sana followed behind. She was slowly getting tired and it was only about 10 steps but she tries so hard to hide it knowing Sana was just behind her. She can't last long so she stopped for a bit as if she just wanted to look out for Sana but it was to create an opportunity for a rest

"Do you need help?" Sana offered but because her pride was on the line she rejected the offer stubbornly

To every step she made felt like her legs will be giving up on her any minute. She still can't see the end of the steps which made her frustrated. She totally forgot about Sana who was worried behind her as her competitive self strikes. Sana knew that if Tzuyu becomes competitive she won't stop till she gets to the end of it which is why she went silent

"How many steps does this take?" She asked panting. "According to google it takes around 1,000 steps then we need to hike. Usually it takes an hour hike to get to our destination" Sana explained while reading her phone. She just looked at her speechless of what she heard. Her eyes suddenly lost focus.

"If you're tired we can just sit around the corner" Sana suggested but She wouldn't budge therefore they continued climbing up. Sana was just behind shouting supports for Tzuyu who was carrying 2 of her heavy bags

"We're here at the 1st level!" They excitedly said and looked around the place. Tzuyu was so tired that her knees gave up. Sana immediately helped keep her balance and guided her to a bench near the park. While Tzuyu's mind were blank Sana was busily looking for something in her bags.

Tzuyu then received a water bottle from the latter. She immediately snatched and drank it all up. Sana wasn't now on her front but was on her back. Curious of what she was doing there she tried to look back but a cloth suddenly made contact with her skin which made her stop.
