Luanas P.O.V.

The plane landed and I was woken up by my father. I grabbed my carry on bag and stepped off of the plane into a very sunny day here in Sydney, Australia.

I squinted my eyes and put my hand up in attempt to block the sun. Luke chuckled and handed me his sunglasses. I faintly smiled as a 'thank you' and headed to baggage claim.

My father and Brother insisted on taking my things for me, so I let them. They walked ahead while me and Liz... Or mom walked closely behind.

"So, honey, how do you like it here?" My mom asked.

"Well.. Uhm... It's bright. And hot. But it's pretty. I haven't got to see much of this place yet so.." I responded.

"Yes, of course" she smiled. "I'll have Luke and the boys take you out and show you around."

I nodded and it got silent for a bit.
"Liz.... I.. I don't want you to think that I'm mad at you... I mean.. Rebecca did raise me. She was my mother as far as I knew.. But I'm trying to adjust.. I really am." I spoke quietly.

She stopped and turned to me. Cupping my face as a mother would do.
"And that's all I could ask for."

And with that, we piled into the car and drove home.
"The boys are waiting at the house" Luke beamed and from there on, I grew more and more anxious.

~skipping car ride~

My dad took my things up to my room kindly as I walked into the house with Luke. I held his hand and gripped my other hand onto his arm.

He looked down on me, reassuringly. I took a deep breath and we walked into what seemed to be the living room.

Three boys jumped up at once
"Lulu!!" The one with curly hair said.
"Mini!" The one with colored hair beamed.
"Luna!" The one with a slightly tanner completion and dark hair smiled.

Wow... I have a lot of nicknames. My breath quickened as the three strangers came running towards me and tightly embraced me.

I tried to squirm away from them. They noticed as they backed off and one cleared their throat, one pushed his hair out of his face, And the other stretching his arm to the back of his neck.
"Sorry" them all mumbled.

"Uh.... I-I'm sorry" i breathed out and quickly ran up to the room my dad put my stuff in. It was definitely mine. Baby blue walls, fluffy white carpet, a white dresser and vanity, and a bed. There were two white doors. I opened one, it was a closet. I opened the other, it was my bathroom.

I quickly went in the bathroom and locked the door behind me. I pressed my palms against the sink and slowly rocked back and forth. I took deep breaths as tears ran down my cheeks.

I roughly tied my hair into a messy bun and pressed my back against the wall. I slid down the wall and brought my knees to my chest. I cried for a bit then remembered, Taylor.. Taylor!

Taylor was my friend back home. She lived in the same apartment building as I did. We were- we are inseparable. I scrambled to my feet and ran over to my bag.

I finally found my phone. I searched her contact and texted her.

"Hey. Long story short. I know it's like 6a.m. Back home but I'm in Australia. What happened to my mom! Do you know? Listen. I'm sorry. My mom- Rebecca, she kidnapped me and raised me thinking she was my mom. I have an actual family. A mom, a dad, and a brother. My brothers name is Luke and apparently he's in a band with three other guys. Something seconds of summer or something I can't remember. But call me when you get this. xoxo"

I put my phone down and awaited her reply.
