"So have you recovered from your hangover from THREE DAYS AGO yet?" Cindy asked, enhancing the 'three days ago' part.
"Yes. Finally." I laughed and rubbed my eyes to the morning sun.
"Well now you can eat other stuff than toast. Eat up." Cindy indicated to the bacon and eggs on a plate. "And you are going to go outside today. You need fresh air."
I couldn't help but let out a little chuckle. I ate the bacon and eggs as quick as I could so I could go upstairs and changed. I rushed up the stairs and immediately had a sick feeling in my stomach. Maybe the hangover isn't quite over, I thought. I decided I won't let that bring me down. I opened the doors to my balcony and walked out. I leaned on the rail and already spotted James playing volleyball on the beach. The sun was beaming down on the water but there was a cool breeze in the air too. I walked to my closet and pulled out a grey Hollister tee and a pair of old torn up denim shorts. I walked downstairs with a grin on my face. Cindy looked up from her paper.
"Oh no, what's wrong?" She moaned.
"Nothing! Can't a girl smile randomly these days?" I laughed.
"Yes a girl can, but they don't usually, what's on your mind?" Cindy smiled.
"Recovery."
"Say no more." Cindy laughed. "Oh and I'm going to Louise today to do some wedding talk so I might only be home at 6 or 7 ok?"
"Ok," I smiled. "Don't forget on Thursday you need to get your dress for the wedding." Lisa reminded me.
"Yup," I walked to the fridge and pulled out a cold bottle of water. Even though it was warm and all I felt really dizzy. Cindy must've noticed when she made a remark about my appearance. "Are you sure that hangover is over? You don't look very well."
"I think it's almost over." I remained positive.
"Ok, we'll go outside now because if I'm not mistaken that's your boyfriend down there." Cindy nodded out the window.
"I'm gone." I called over my shoulder as I left the building.

I jogged down the little lane to the beach and waved to James. Kylie was there already sitting by the edge of the playing field. She waved me over. I made myself comfortable in the sand after kissing James good morning.
"Where have you been the past three days?" She scolded.
"Sorry! Bad hangover." I explained.
"Yeah speaking of bad you look nauseous." Kylie put her hand on half her face covering the blazing sun.
"Yeah it's still kinda going." I looked out at the beach and saw a familiar figure walking in our direction. Lana. She immediately spotted us and rushed over and squatted next to me.
"Hey girls," she smiled.
"Hey," my and Kylie chimed together.
"How is it with Johnny?" Kylie laughed.
"How is it? Oh are you guys together?" I tried to join the dots.
"Yes, you see Lisa, that's what you miss out on when you're hungover." Kylie stated in a sarcastic ignorant tone.
"Yes we are a couple and my god, never been with someone like him! He's amazing!" Lana beamed. I lightly slapped Lana on the arm, "look at you, all boyfriended up because of two cupids on a Fourth of July." I grinned and squinted at the sun.
I suddenly felt the results of the bacon and eggs again, my stomach felt like an active volcano ready to erupt any minute. I jumped up and ran to the nearest possible public bathroom and fell on the floor with my head above the toilet just in time. I through up my breakfast, leaving a horrible feeling in my stomach.
"Are you ok?" Lana was quickly behind my back holding my hair.
"Yeah, I think it's just..," huuuugh, I through up some more breakfast.
"Don't think I was ready for greasy food in the morning." I finished.
"You finished or do you need another minute?" Kylie asked concerned.
"I'm fine." I pulled myself up, grabbing onto Kylie's arm while Lana wetted some toilet paper and gave it to me. I wiped my sweaty forehead and messy chin. I walked to the sink and splashed some cool water on my face. Yes, that helped. I pulled some tissue from the tissue box and wiped my face.
"Let's go." I smiled and walked out of the bathroom.
When I came into viewing point of the guys James rushed over immediately.
"Hey are you ok?" He held my arms sending sparks up and down my arm.
"Yeah, just too much of a greasy breakfast for a hungover person," I smiled reassuring him I was fine.
"Let me know if you need anything," James pecked my cheek and walked back to his game.
"Aww" Kylie and Lana chimed together, "you guys are so cute!"
I smiled at James as he hit the ball over the net.
"So seeing as you're like that..." Kylie pointed at my messed up face, "I was thinking we just go to one of our houses and watch movies."
Lana clapped her hands together and smiled. "Sounds great, Lisa?"
"I'm in." I laughed, "who's house do we go to?"
"Yours." Kylie pointed up the hill to where Cindy's house stood. Part of it was hidden by all the palm trees and bushes around it but you could see my balcony with the open doors from here.
"Ok I'm just going to go up and take a shower. I need to cool down a bit. You guys rent some movies?" I said.
"Yup. See you in 20 minutes?" Lana asked.
"Ok." I smiled and walked back to the house.
I let the warm water wash down my body and I scrubbed my face clean. I changed my clothes and put on a pair of leggings and a deep red tank top. As I was tying my hair into a cute high ponytail I heard a ding-dong from downstairs. I rushed down the stairs, but once I came to the bottom I got a rush of dizziness. I paused for a moment before I carried on walking. I opened the door and there stood Kylie and Lala. Kylie carried a bag clearly full with movies by the shapes that bulged out of the bag. Lala stood holding a packet of Doritos with a big grin on her face.
"Ok now I know you have a tummy bug and all but I have an obsession with these." She laughed and both girls walked into the house.
"Holy shit this is a big house." Kylie gasped as the turned around getting a good scan of the place. Lana already spotted the big TV and couch and she quickly rushed over and flung herself on the comfy couch.
"I have a TV in my room if you want to watch there." I offered.
"Sounds good." Kylie waited for me to bring them to my room and stood at the foot of the stairs. I walked up the stairs more slowly this time and opened my door into my room. Lana pounced onto my bed and opened her pack of crisps. The smell of the artificial flavours gave me a horrible sick feeling but I focused my attention on the movies Kylie was laying out on the ground. The jump street movies, White Chicks, She's the Man, The Lion King, Bambi, Lol, Clueless, and the 5 step up movies.
"I want to start with Clueless." Lana munched on her red crisps, lying on her stomach and her legs waving in the air.
"Ok," I climbed onto my bed and lay on my stomach with my legs also up in the air. With the remote in my hands I clicked play.
We were half way through the movie when the smell of the crisps really upset my stomach. I jumped off the bed and lunged I to the bathroom. Kylie came running in and pulled my ponytail out of my face.
"I think you have a bug, not a hangover." Lana said and through her crisps in the bin. "Sorry." She looked down apologetically and moved her foot around. When I was finished I pulled myself up and washed my face. My stomachs had terrible cramps now.
"It's ok." I reassured Lana it wasn't her fault.
The three of us walked back in the room and finished the movie. Even though I had terrible cramps I did enjoy the afternoon. We were coming to the end of She's the Man when the doorbell rang. I pulled myself off of the bed and walked slowly down the stairs, holding my painful stomach. I opened the door and there stood James with a white rose in his hand. He pecked me a kiss on the cheek and gave me the Rose.
"To get better." He held me in a secure hug and then let go. "Is Lana here? Johnny wants her." James stepped in the house looking around for Lana.
"Yeah, she's upstairs." I said, "how is Chace and his blonde?" I wondered, not expecting a relationship between them.
"Only that night. I think she left town actually." James laughed.
"Lana!" I called and heard her coming down the stairs, I turned around and she was right behind me already.
"Yeah?" She panted. Wow! She must've raised down.
"Johnny wants you." I smiled.
"Real,y? Where is he?" Lana clapped her hands together and grinned.
"On the beach." James laughed and Lana quickly hugged me and wished me to get better and then she was gone like lightning.
"I know I haven't spent much time with you since Fourth of July I'm just really busy and I wish I could hang out with you now but mum wants to take me shopping for Louise's wedding." James groaned. "Oh and you're my date for that by the way." He smiled and kissed me on my lips. "Ugh, I know you're sick and all but do something about your breath ok?" James teased and walked out the door.
