Lisa's eyes cracked open to the beaming sunlight shining through the glass doors. It was her first day here. She wasn't to sure as to what the role was. Lisa got up and took a moment to wake up. She headed to the closet and picked out a brallette and some shorts. She planned on going jogging along the seaside but when she cane down the stairs the smell of sausages and bacon drafted to her nose. " morning" Cindy almost sang. "I take it you originally wanted to go for a jog? " Cindy said as she flipped a strip of bacon. "Sortta yeah, but I can go in the evening " Lisa felt the need to be polite but knowing that Cindy wasnt going to change her mind. "No. You go for a jog and I'll just keep this warm for when you come back." Cindy said as she wiped her hands on her pink flowered apron. "Are you sure? " lisa asked. "Yes! Now go on"
Lisa loved the feeling of the freedom. The warm sea breeze blew in her brunette hair. Lisa secretly smiled to herself. She admired the blue sea and the hot sun on her not so tanned skin, yet. Bang! Lisa found herself tripping into the sand. Her head ached. She saw a beach ball next to her wich lead her to guessing the cause of the painful headache. A man who seemed to be aged 18 by his muscle structure, called out " sorry about that but could you pass the ball?". Lisa was shocked at the rudeness of the man. No are you ok? Or im so sorry about that. Just rudeness. Lisa pulled herself up and felt a blast at the back of her head. "Why don't you use the magic word? " Lisa felt it childish to say but it was appropriate. "Why don't you just pass us the ball?" The handsome stranger retorted. Lisa couldn't believe it. How rude was he being. "Didn't your parents ever tell you how to be nice?" Lisa asked but couldn't say much on her own behalf as her father never taught her anything. " Did your parents ever tell you how to pass a ball?" The man replied. Lisa wasn't in the mood for an argument so she just threw the ball back. Lisa carried on with her jog which had to be shortened as her head was still aching horribly. For the rest of the jog Lisa couldn't stop thinking about him. If he hadn't had such a rude personality perhaps she would've found herself crushing on him. But no, not with such an attitude like that. Even during breakfast, which was delicious. She kept asking herself these silly questions. What was his name? Did he like me? No! Lisa stop it! You hate him. He was so rude. Sure he was hot but still, rude.
Lisa was watching an episode of CSI trying to take her mind of the beautiful stranger. I wonder if he watches CSI?
When Lisa was later in bed after having a delightful dinner she thought back of the day she had. Of course all she could think about was him. With his sandy messy hair and how they slightly covered his crystal blue eyes. His beautiful cheek bones which made him look like such a grown up. And his body. His even tan and his pacs. Lisa couldn't believe she was thinking of him in such a way. She decided to go on Facebook and just change the subject. Whrn Lisa went on she saw a friend request from someone. James Moretz. Lisa hadn't ever heard of the name so clicked on his nane to see his profile picture. He was standing on a beach wearing green swimming shorts. Just like the man today. Lisa zoomed in on his face. Of course, he had sandy messy hair and crystal blue eyes. Lisa gasped. Why would he be sending her a friend request?? Lisa was up for an hour wondering if she should or should not accept it. She knew she wanted to but didn't want to seem desperate. Oh what am I going to do? Her phone buzzed on her mahkgony bedside table. She saw the screen light up with what look like a message. Lisa swiped the sreen and opened it. " Why aren't you accepting my request?" She read. It of course was from James.
"I'm not accepting it until you apologise." Lisa replied
"Sorry."'Doesnt sound like you mean it." Lisa typed down. Which was in fact the truth.
" Of course I don't mean it. Why should I apologise? "
" Because you were rude today" Lisa was appalled at his disrespect.
" Ok sorry about being rude today. Very unlike me. " Lisa's phone buzzed at his message.
"Why do I not believe you? " Lisa questioned.
"Whatever. Will you accept it?"Lisa clicked accept and waited for a message.
"Well done! Was that so hard? " James asked.
"Utter pain. " Lisa didnt know why she was enjoying texting him. He was being just as rude, just as arrogant and just as stuck up as when he was this morning. Her heart raced almost everytime she got a text from James. Lisa was annoyed with herself that she enjoyed the conversation. Her eyes glanced up at the right corner and read 1:17. Wow! She had been talking to him for nearly 3 hours. Lisa's eyes were getting heavy. She hated typing this text: "Gotta go sleep. Ttyl"As Lisa put her phone down on the bedside table it buzzed again. "Night. See ya tomorrow". Lisa slept with a smile on her face at that statement. He was being nice with an arrogant tone Lisa thought as to not sound to judgy.
Lisa gad the best sleep she had had in a long time and woke up with a big smile, excited for what the day held in store....
