Note: Strong language and sexual activity

A few days had passed and Josh and Debby have been going at it with each other nonstop. How does two people have sex that many times in the span of four days? It impressed and disgusted me at the same time. Georgia and I had to find ways to not hear it. We would watch TV shows with the volume at full blast, we would leave the cabin to walk around the woods, we would have dance battles with music or we would take naps with earbuds in.

I was sitting outside the cabin on the steps, picking the leaves off a branch I had found on the ground. Keith and Kaleb should be back already. I was also losing my mind without them. I didn't know how I had went a year not being with them, but these past few days had been absolutely killing me inside.

But, it was like they read my thoughts. As I plucked the last leaf off the branch, I saw Keith and Kaleb walking toward the cabin with Jen from a distance. I squealed excitedly as I dropped the branch from my hands and hopped to my feet. I took off running.

I did not know I had it in me to run that fast, but apparently I was a track star. I got to Keith and Kaleb in a heartbeat, and I threw my whole body at them. Jen continued walking, leaving us to be with each other. I kissed Keith and then Kaleb, and then I hugged them tightly. I didn't want to let go of them, but they ended up prying me off.

"How did everything go?" Keith asked me and I rolled my eyes.

"You guys kind of missed a lot. And let's just say, Debby and Josh made up." I answered with a very obvious hint in my voice. "However, does not mean they're together."

"Yeah, we heard what happened but good to know they're on good terms again," Kaleb said as he grabbed my hand. I wasn't sure if he understood what I meant, but he's always been the more oblivious one. Keith on the other hand, gave me a look insinuating that he got my message. I let out a giggle as I took his hand. Us three walked back to the cabin holding hands, and I almost began frolicking since I felt so giddy, but I had to stop myself because I wasn't a child.

When we got inside, I wanted to ask them how their trip went, but it was extremely obvious they had no interest in discussing it. I had a terrible feeling that something wrong had happened or was about to happen considering they did all they can to avoid talking on said topic.

Debby and Josh joined us and we were all crowded into the living room. I looked around at every single one of them, and I smiled to myself. From afar, we seemed like a group of friends, but it felt as if we were this one big happy yet awkward family. "Okay! I say, we throw a giant feast tonight and celebrate," Kaleb announced, projecting his voice and we all cheered in agreement. My gaze searched for Debby's, but she refused to even give me the slightest bit of attention. I didn't know why I was continuously expecting something, but I needed to come to terms with Debby and I's friendship sooner or later. It was just difficult.

"This is my time to shine," Georgia chimed in as she brushed her curly hair back with her hand. "Cooking is my specialty," she added with a confident look and a huge smirk on her face.

"Hell yeah, that's what I'm talking about!" Kaleb responded with excitement as he pointed at Georgia and did a little happy dance. I laughed quietly at how silly Kaleb looked and Keith noticed, giving me a smile of approval.

"Alright, Georgia. Make a list of what's needed, and we'll go get it," Keith said and she gave a thumbs up before leaving the living room.

Jen walked up to Debby to say something, but she completely ignored her. I guess Jen didn't like that because when Debby tried to walk away from her, Jen grabbed her wrist and yanked her body around.

"Don't fucking touch me!" Debby yelled out and her eyes began to glow a bright red. The whole room sat in dead silence with all our eyes on them two, even Georgia peeked through the doorway to see what was happening.
