I saw one thing Lightning Strike does before they go on stage or anything that I liked, they pray for their show to go well.

We arrived at the studio, and I got scared half to death by the dude that got their record label to going, why you ask?

His Damn accent scares me, lets just say I hung close to Nicky, or Christine the whole way.

"Aright now, I need to know what the first song will be" he said, Vin stepped forward.

"We were going to do 'Give Us Time' first then decided on 'Never Gonna Quit.'"

Mr. Carlson nodded" Okay" and told the dude sitting down something, and they went in to record.

I listened, and let the music take me away.

"We never thought we would make it happen, always thought we would stay on the streets, and playing in bars, now I see how its going to happen, how we will have a chance to make it.

"We thought we would end up in jail, or going back to where we come from, our lives are changing, but we will never forget who we are, and where we come from 'cause.

Marc and Nicky went back and forth with their guitars, I laughed, the tune slowed a little.

"Now here we are, playing our music for the crowd, living big, and still remembering where we come from, we swore the day we left we would never forget...Now.

Eleven more songs done and we were in the good.

When they got done, and we walked out into the hall, I gave Vin and them fist bumps "Y'all totally rocked! I loved it" I said, Nicky put his arm around my shoulder.

"Glad you liked it" Vin said, him and Christine held Micah's hand as we crossed the street to Nicky's truck and their car.

"Now how are we going to go out?" Nicky mumbled, apparently Tam heard 'cause he said "Easy, me and Marc will go with you and watch you."

Me and Nicky looked at each other, like 'Oh no.'

They laughed "Go on, have fun, Nicky her curfew is Nine o'clock sharp" Christine warned, he nodded, and came around to help me in the truck.

"Aren't you worried? Nicky has always been a wild boy ever since he was born" Vin told Christine, as he helped her in the car.

"No, I have a feeling he will be a gentleman, and if he isn't I will smack him upside his head, and cut off all his black hair, so he can go bald."

"I have a feeling he would like that."

"Vin, don't worry what is the worst he could do kiss her?" Tam asked, Vin glared.

Tamin sat in the back and whistled "I did not say anything."

They all laughed "Feel the wrath of Vinney" Marc mumbled.
