Chapter Twelve:

"Good job guys" I said, when they got done and came to sit with me, Micah and Christine.

"Thanks" Nick said, and sat beside me, Tam and Marc sat down.

"What happened to Pat and Marnie?" Christine asked.

"Gone."

"Saw other guys, dumped us and walked out" Marc said.

I laughed "You poor guys, y'all couldn't keep a girl if you had to."

"Your no keeper yourself" Tam said defensively.

Marc nodded, Nicky put his arms around me "Don't put her down, she is beautiful like she is."

I smiled at him, and stuck my tongue out at them two, who made faces at me, Vinney laughed "I think your all mental."

Christine smiled, and ruffled Micah's hair.

"Well, I am going to go find me a woman to dance with until we have to go up on stage" Tamin said, and walked off, Marc went another rout to find him a girl, I rolled my eyes.

"They think they are such ladies men, when the only woman that ever loved them were their mothers" me and Vinney said at the same time, we all laughed.

"Would you stop knowing what I am going to say?" I asked my foster dad, who smiled, and shook his head at me.

"Well, I feel like dancing myself" Christine said, taking a sip of water, her and Vin got up and went to dance, Micah chewed on his cheese sticks.

"You two can dance too you know, I will be fine" Micah said, I laughed "You sure about that?"

"Yeah, I might find me a little lady to dance with, like Tam and Marc say, never date a gal with too much make-up on, 'cause ya know she hiding something."

As Nicky led me to dance I asked "Should I be worried he is hanging out with Tam, you and Marc way too much?" I asked, he laughed "No, I won't go far with it, and they won't go too far, at least I think they won't."

"Oh great."

"Hey, did I ever tell you, you have the most beautiful blue eyes, they look like the ocean?" he asked, I smiled.

"Yes, for the past month now yes, and don't ever say anything like that again."

"Why?"

"'Cause I know your lying, my eyes are a dark blue/gray, not ocean color" I said, and hit his arm, he swung me around dancing.

The song ended, and we headed back to our table, where Tamin sat with a red mark on his face.

"What happened?" I asked, laughing, Marc smiled.

"He was dancing with a beautiful blonde, when a red haired woman walked by, he looked at her, the blonde smacked him across the face."

"Women" Nicky said, I smacked his shoulder, he jerked back and held it.

"Yeah forgot to warn you she has a good hit" Vin said, they laughed.

I laughed "Well, at least I got what I always wanted...a family that actually cares for me" I said, hugging Vin.

"Me too" Micah said, hugging Christine.

"I see it now, a daddy's girl, and a mommas boy" Tamin said, him and Marc laughed.

"Yeah, lets see you two get chicks when your kicked out of the band" Vinney warned.

They smiled, innocently "We are going to go get ready for the next song" Tam said, and they ran away.

Nicky laughed "Wimps" he said, and I put my head on his shoulder.

"I think everything is turning out good for all of us."

"Me too" he said, kissed my cheek and went to get ready.

Vin messed my hair up, and followed Nicky.

Christine smiled "Welcome to the life of living with rockstars" she said, we laughed.

Micah came over and we danced the night away.
