Alan, Alan L/N my only brother the one who I had not seen in ages was sat on the plush green couch. Just as i was about to say something Dale interrupted "Who's hungry?" he had asked with his kiss the chef apron on. In his hands was a dish filled with something it looked pasta but i was not sure. He sat the food down on the coffee table and sat between Alan and my mom on the couch.

As i walked over to the couch i noticed there was a boy say in front of it. his back laid against the couch. He had brown hair and very poor posture. It did not seem like there was any room for me in the room so i garbed my plate of what I could now see was in fact pasta and headed to my room. I was almost at my door when a voice called me back. It was my mom "i don't know how your 'dad' does things but we eat as a family here." She scoffed. When she said the word dad she sounded almost disgusted. I did not know what to say so I just slowly walked back and sat on the ground next to the boy whos name was unknown.

It was quiet awkward the only sound was coming from the almost silent tv. That was until the boy sitting on the couch spoke up. He had started talking to Alan about some sort of practice. They talked for a little bit then went silent again eating there food.

The first people to leave where dale and my mother. Then the boys on the couch, just leaving me and the boy sitting on the ground. he turned his head away from the tv towards me and said "Hey uh it was nice meeting you, I'm Michael" with a small wave "Hey I'm y/n" I responded. He smiled awkwardly then got up and left. He had gone the same direction as the other two boys. All that was left was me.

I headed to my room stopping at the kitchen to drop my plate off on the way. Once i had reached my room i laid down on my small twin sized bed and reached for my phone. It was sitting on my bedside table. As i went to turn it on all that came up was a dead battery sign. I sighed and plugged it in. All my books where still at my dads house. I hoped he would send them over but i knew it was unlikely so i got up a turned on my amp. I had not had time to play the guitar in awhile considering i had to pack up and move across the country. So i knew i would be pretty rusty. I started to play one of favorite songs.

(time skip 1 hour later)

I had gotten tired of playing so i decided to take a break and go out for a walk. I slipped on my jacket not knowing how cold it was outside and headed off. I did not bother to tell Dale or my mom i was headed out. If i was being honest i don't think they would even notice.

The streets where surprisingly empty it made me wonder what time it was. I went to grab my phone but then realized i had left it at home. Oh well i had thought to myself and continued to wander down the empty roads. After a little bit of roaming the streets i ended up at a park. It seemed empty. I figured it would be a nice quiet place to relax.

I started walking deeper into the park. I noticed they had a skate park i would have to remember that for the next time I go skating. A little bit to the left of the park was a bench. I figured it would be the best place to go. I strolled over to the bench. once i reached i just sat there the wind blowing into my face sending my hair all over my face and a chill down my spine. It was nice for the first time today I did not feel out of place.

The tranquil feeling soon disappeared when i heard some yelling coming for behind me. I turned to see 3 boys that looked about my age beating up a boy that also seemed to be around our age. I chose just to ignore them like dad always said 'don't go sticking your nose in other peoples business'. well that was at least until i saw the boy spit on him.....

( A/N this is so bad i am very sorry but Anthony will be in the next chapter i pinky promise)
