It was finally the night of the Ball and I was getting ready in my shared Dorm with Hermione untilI noticed her looking at herself in the mirror and I furrowed my brows a bit, “is everything alright Hermione?” I asked her as I walked up next to her, “Yeah, I’m alright. Just a bit nervous I suppose.” she said and I smiled a bit, “you look beautiful. No one will take their eyes off you. You have nothing to be nervous about because Viktor will think the same thing.” I told her and she smiled a little, “thanks Aries. I guess I needed to hear that.” she said before hugging me, “yeah, no problem.” I told her as I hugged her back before we eventually left the Dorm and made our way to the Great Hall before I noticed her hiding a little, “what’s wrong now?” I asked her, “the nervousness is coming back.” she said, “everything will be alright, ok. Now lets get down there. Together.” I told her and she nodded before we made it to the stairs and started walking down the steps before I noticed George looking at me and I smiled and blushed a little before we made it to the bottom of the stairs and we grabbed our dates hands and both George and I had walked into the Great Hall along with everyone else not long before the Four Champions and their dates had walked into the room and we all clapped for them as they walked onto the dance floor and the music soon began and they started to dance not long before more people joined in and George and I were one of them as we followed along. By the dancing was over, professor Flitwick had gotten everyone's attention before introducing a band before they had started playing and everyone began to dance and have a good time before they had eventually taken a break and George and I had left the dance floor to get something to drink. Later on, there was a slow song playing and both George and I were slow dancing together and I couldn’t be more happier as he held me close to him and we eventually left the Great Hall laughing a little before we ended up in the Astronomy Tower and looked up at the sky to see snow falling before I felt him wrap his arm around my waist causing me to smile a little, “you look Beautiful.” he said to me and I blushed before looking up to face him, “you don’t look too bad yourself.” I told him chuckling a little before I began to feel a little chilly, “are you cold?” he asked me and I nodded a little before noticing him take off his jacket and putting it around me causing me to smile and blush again as he kissed the top of my head before I looked up again before he kissed me and I soon kissed back as we held each other close before we had broken apart from the kiss before it had gotten to intimate and the both of us had left the Astronomy Tower and we continued to talk before we had made it to the Common Room for the night and after getting changed into something a little more comfortable, we both had decided to sit on the couch in front of the fire talking before I caught him staring at me, “what. Is there something on my face?” I asked him and he chuckled, “no. I just think you’re really Beautiful.” he said, causing me to smile, “and you look pretty handsome yourself.” I said to him, “I think I’m falling in love with you.” he said and I just sat there looking at him in shock not thinking that he would have felt the same way, “me too. And I have for a while now.” I told him confessing my feelings to him and he smiled as we continued to talk before we decided to head to our Dorms.

It has been a while since the Yule Ball and it was almost time for the second Task and both Hermione and I were talking with Harry on the Bridge about it as well, “Harry you told me you’d figure the egg out weeks ago. The Task is two days from now.” Hermione told Harry, “really? I had no Idea. I suppose Viktor’s already figured it out.” Harry said and I looked at Hermione, “wouldn’t know. We don’t actually talk about the Tournament. Actually, we don’t really talk at all. Viktor’s more of a physical being.” she said to us and I just looked at her smirking a little, “is that so.” I said to her and we chuckled a little before she spoke up again, “I just mean he’s not particularly loquacious. Mostly he watches me study. It’s a bit annoying actually. You are trying to figure this egg out aren’t you?” she said as she looked at Harry, “what’s that supposed to mean? '' Harry asked her, “it just means these tasks are designed to test you in the most brutal way. They’re almost cruel. And um, I’m scared for you. You got by the dragons mostly on nerves. I’m not sure it’s going to be enough this time.” Hermione told him, “I’m afraid I’m going to have to agree with her on this one Harry and I understand that you’re trying and doing what you can as well but you always have us to help you figure things out if you need it.” I told him before we heard Cedric calling for him and both Hermione and I had left him alone to talk with Cedric, “do you think he can really do this?” Hermione asked and I nodded, “I’m sure he can. It’s just, he’s probably scared about it all himself not knowing exactly what to do and what not.” I told her and she sighed, “I agree with you on that one.” she said to me. Later on, we had eventually met up with Ron and Harry and the four of us had gone to the Library to figure out what the clue Harry had gotten meant, “Harry, tell me again?” Hermione asked him and Ron had fallen asleep, “‘come see us where our voices sound'” Harry began to say, “the Black Lake, that’s obvious.” Hermione said as she had given Ron the egg after shaking him awake, “an hour long you’ll have to look” Harry continued, “again, obviously. Though admittedly, potentially problematic.” Hermione said and both Harry and I looked at her, “what in the bloody hell do you mean by that?” I asked her before Harry spoke up, “Potentially problematic? When’s the last time you held your breath underwater for an hour, Hermione?” Harry asked her, “look, Harry, we can do this. The four of us can figure it out.” Hermione told him, “why don’t we give him a break. We’ve been at it for hours.” I suggested before hearing Professor Moody speak up, “I hate to break the skull session, but I’m going to have to agree with Miss. Black. Professor McGonagall would like to see you in her office. Not you Potter, just Weasley and Granger.” Professor Moody said, “but, sir, the second task is only hours away, and-” Hermione began to say before she was cut off, “exactly. Presumably Potter is better prepared by now and like I said before, I agree with Miss. Black and he could do with a good night's sleep. Go, now.” he told her and both Ron and Hermione had walked away and I helped Harry with the books, “Longbottom. Why don’t you help Potter and Miss Black put his books back.” Professor Moody said before he walked away before Neville walked up to us, “you know, if you’re interested in plants, you’d be better off with Goshawk’s Guide to Herbology. Do you know there’s a Wizard in Nepal who’s growing Gravity resistant trees.” Neville began to say before Harry spoke up, “Neville, no offense, but I really don’t care about plants. Now if there’s a Tibetan turnip that will allow me to breathe underwater for an hour then great. Nut otherwise-” Harry told him before Neville said something, “I don’t know about Turnip. But you could always use Gillyweed.” Neville said, “Brilliant, then use that. There’s something that could help you breathe underwater then.” I said to Harry before we eventually left the Library, “that Gravity tree thing sounded interesting.” I mentioned before Neville told me all about it before we had gone to bed later that night.
