Chapter Forty Five

Aries’s P.O.V
It has been a while since Harry, Ron and Hermione had left and I was hanging out with Bill and Fleur before we all heard something from outside and I walked out to see Uncle Moony and I rushed up to him and hugged him and he hugged back, “I was worried about you. What happened after you left to get the stuff for the Wolfsbane Potion?” he said to me, “Snatcher’s they were too close to the house so I didn;t want to risk anything if I continued to make my way there so I decided to Apparate here instead for a few days before leaving again with Ron and we eventually split up and at some point after that, I was caught by Snatchers before I ran only to eventually meet up with Harry, Ron and Hermione only to be chased again before being brought ot Malfoy Manor where Bellatrix questioned some of us and she had carved something into mine and Hermione’s Arms at some point before we managed to come here after a while but you just missed them though because they had to do something.” I told him as I showed him what Bellatrix had done to my arm before wrapping back up again before seeing the rest of the Order arrive and once I saw George, I jumped in his arms as I hugged him tightly, “go I missed you so much.” He said to me, “I missed you too.” I told him before kissing him before I began to wonder what was going on, “so what’s going on?” I asked them, “we had gotten word that Harry is now at Hogwarts.” Kingsley said to me and I nodded before we talked about how to get there and to get inside before we walked out of the house and we were all in groups before we all Apparated to Hogwarts before killing any guards Snape had  around before we soon walked into the Great Hall only to see Harry talking to Snape, “I’m afraid it’s quite extensive. How dare you stand where he stood? Tell them how it happened that night.” Harry told him, “tell them how you looked him in the eye, a man who trusted you, and killed him.” I said to him as I slowly walked up to Harry before Snape drew his wand at us before Professor McGonagall moved Harry out of the way and Professor McGonagall and I took turns fighting him as he shielded our attacks as he managed to kill the Two Death Eaters behind him before he flew out the window, “COWARD” Professor McGonagall shouted before everyone started cheering, “that felt good.” I said to Harry before it looked as if he lost his balance as he fell to the ground, “Potter” Professor McGonagall said to him before everything around us changed before a few of the girls started screaming before we all heard Voldemort’s voice, “I know that many of you will want to fight. Some of you may even think that to fight is wise. But this is folly. Give me Harry Potter. Do this and none shall be harmed. Give me Harry Potter and I shall leave Hogwarts untouched. Give me Harry Potter and you will be rewarded. You have one hour.” Voldemort said and everyone in the room just looked at him before Pansy spoke up, “what are you waiting for? Someone grab him.” she said to everyone and I walked over to him and stood in front of him and saw that Ginny had done the same thing along with the others before we began to hear Mr. Filch as he rushed into the Great Hall, “Students out of bed. Students in the corridor.” he shouted, “they’re supposed to be out of bed, you blithering idiot.” Professor McGonagall told him, “oh. Sorry Ma’am.” he said to her, “as it happens, Mr. Filch, your arrival is most opportune. If you would, I would like you, please to lead Miss. Parkinson and the rest of Slytherin house from the Hall” she told him, “exactly where is it Ill be leading them to, Ma’am?” Mr. Filch asked, “the dungeons would do.” she said and I laughed, “bye, bye” I said before everyone started cheering about it and I noticed Fred and George laughing and I smiled before I hugged George again, “I love you” I said to him, “I love you to.” he said as he smiled, “hold the fort Neville. You mind helping Aries?” Harry said and I nodded before he walked away, “be careful please. And don’t you dare die on me, either of you. Promise me.” I said to Fred and George, “we’ll try.” Fred said and I smiled before looking at Uncle Moony and hugged him, “don’t you dare die on me either.” I told him, “I’ll try my best. And before you go, we named him Teddy.” he said as he hugged back and I just looked at him, “she had the baby?” I asked and he nodded and hugged him again.

I eventually walked with Neville as we talked with Professor McGonagall as everyone was rushing around the Castle preparing for what was about to happen, “let me get this straight Professor. You’re actually giving us permission to do this?” Neville asked her, “that is correct Longbottom.” Professor McGonagall said to him, “to blow it up? Boom?” he asked her, “Boom” she said and I smiled, “Brilliant.” I said to them, “wicked. But how on earth are we going to do that?” Neville asked, “Ask Seamus for god sakes, he manages to blow up everything no matter what it is.” I told him, “Aries is correct, why don’t you confer with Mr. Finnigan. As I also recall, he has a particular proclivity for Pyrotechnics.” Professor McGonagall said to Neville, “I can bring it down.” Seamus said, “that’s the spirit. Now away you go.” McGonagall said and we rushed off, “where are we headed?” I asked, “the bridge,” Seamus said, “then we’re going to need brooms.” I said to him and we eventually managed to get some brooms and flew to put on the explosives on the supports of the bridge and by the time we were done, Seamus and I managed to get back to the others before Neville and I ran to the other end of the bridge before hearing something before seeing a large crowd of people running toward us before some of them had burned before the others stopped running, “yeah? You and whose army?” Neville asked and I chuckled a little, “you sound like you’ve always wanted to say that.” I said to him, “yeah actually.” he said and we eventually noticed some pieces of the barrier started to fall to the ground before one of them tried making their way through only for them to be fine and nothing happening to them, “I think we should run.” I said to Neville before they started yelling and Neville and I started running away from them before he managed to set off the explosives and we were just about to make it before we fell before catching ourselves and began to climb up, “that went well.” Neville said, “bloody brilliant.” I said as we managed to get ourselves on the bridge again.

We managed to get back to the Castle again just before Voldemort's army came and started fighting against us and we did the same against them and I went looking for Uncle Moony only to see him fighting with Tonks and I managed to help them after getting off the broom and I managed to block some of the spells from one of the Death Eaters before I managed to kill him and I few others before I managed to find myself in the Great Hall as I continued to fight before I noticed Harry with Ron and Hermione and I rushed over to them before noticing Dementors coming toward us before I noticed Aberforth rushing beside me before we both conjured our Patronuses before Harry looked at us, “go” I shouted at him before we turned back and continued to fight and I went looking for George and I finally managed to find him as we fought alongside each other before hearing Voldemort’s voice again as everyone stopped what they were doing, “you have fought valiantly, but in vain. I do not wish this. Every drop of magical blood spilled is a terrible waste. I therefore command my forces to retreat. In their absence, dispose of your dead with dignity. Harry Potter, I now speak directly to you. On this night, you have allowed your friends to die for you rather than face me yourself. There is no greater dishonour. Join me in the Forbidden Forest and confront your fate. If you do not do this, I shall kill every man, mother and Child who tries to conceal you from me.” Voldemort said and after a moment, both George and I made it back to the Great Hall not long after only to see the worst has happened.
