"Grandma, who is this?" a little boy with golden hair ran to an old woman sitting in a wheelchair, looking through the window. In the photo was a man, dressed in ww2 German clothing. The old woman took the photo and smiled.

"He is Erwin Rommel, of whom your father was named after. Eighty years ago, he fought a battle that saved earth, but sadly, he perished in that conflict."

The woman looked at her grandson lovingly, then the doorbell rang. She headed to the door and opened it, revealing a middle-aged man, the previously mentioned father of her grandson.

"Mother, your friend Miho is here." Erwin moves aside to reveal another elderly woman with a walking stick.

"R-riko? Nice to see you! How have you been?"

The two elders went off to chat about their childhood, of the war, and of Oarai. It's just like the old days... Riko thought.

Three months later, Riko Matsumoto had passed away from a heart attack. As her friends and family watched her coffin being buried, a man stepped out of the forest beside the cemetery, wearing a grey coat and an Afrika Korps hat. He was confused about his surroundings, so he asked with a heavy German accent,

"Hello?  I remember I was at home, then it all turns dark. The next moment, I'm here."
