*REESE POV*

A week has passed since that meeting. Zayn officially left on Wednesday. Tonight was a Friday night show and the emotion was heavy on stage.

I sat on the very end of the cat walk on my phone. Watching the boys run up and down.

They were sad but hopeful. They were so worried about their fans it almost made me cry. Especially Niall. He's been dealing with a lot of loss lately, and the last thing he could lose would be his fans. But they have been so supportive.

Even through the naughty boy "leak" incident.

Louis even threw his phone across the room.

He stood him up. We all were dying laughing at the stupid ass coward.

"Okay break guys!!" Paul says taking Liam's mic from him. He pretended to be a wuss and gave the pouty lip to paul. But he was having none of it.

I couldn't help but laugh.

Niall runs down and sits across from me.

"Having fun babe?" He asks.

"Yeah! I get a free concert...! Along with the thousands I've seen over the years.

Harry and the others are soon next to us sitting in a circle.

The new chic Bobbie is here.

She sits in Harry's lap. She must know something about me because she looks at me every time she hugs him or kisses him.

Yuck. Way to pick em haz. Then again... He picked me...

"Reese stop it" Niall whispers in my ear.

"What?" I ask pretending to be confused.

"Bobbie is obviously trying to get to you... Don't let her" Niall explains rubbing my arm.

I'm silent.

"Here" he pulls me in his lap and wraps his arms around my waist.

I giggle at him tickling me.

He kisses right under my ear.

Bobbie immediately stops and Harry is tense.

"Anyways so how do you want to split the solos?" Louis asks.

"We could just have one person sing for Zayn tonight, then switch off every show" liam says.

They all immediately agreed.

"This is just so hard" Niall breaks another awkward silence.

"Yeah..." Louis says.

"It's just not... Us without him" Harry adds.

"We aren't the fantastic 5" liam sniffs.

"Oh come on mate!!! Not now!" Louis yells, scaring liam horribly.

"BAHAHAHAHAH" he rolls on his back. Liam pouncing to tackle him.

I laugh along. Niall's phone rings.

"Shoot hold on this is important" Niall gets up to answer the call.

I'm worried.. I think I saw his mum's name flash on the screen.

Im then left alone with the other love birds. Liam and Harry had chased each other off.

Bobbie was having so much fun irritating me.

Man this must be what it's like being a fan....

What did I just say...? Oh lord I need to lie down.

I get up to see where Niall went.

Thank god he's in the break room under the stage where there's couches.

I arrive down there and he's on the couch. Tears again.

He hangs up just as I sit down.

"I.... Uh.. Have to go back to Ireland..." He says.

"Why?"

"For the spreading of Ashes... And... Signing the legal documents on Theo" he says.

My stomach falls through my feet.

"We're adopting Theo?" I ask swallowing so hard.

"We've got to. My parents are in no state to raise a child. And I don't want him going to a random family..." He explains and I couldn't agree more. "I've talked to everyone. They say it will be fun having him around. Lou said she'd step in too".

"I want to go with you" I say.

"Sorry love... You know what your doctor said.." He reminds me..

Crap... I don't want to be here alone... Especially around Harry. I need Niall. He's my solitude..

"When do you leave?" I ask.

"Monday... Then I'll be back Saturday" he says.

I lay on his shoulder. Hugging his arm.

"I'll miss you Niall" I say almost crying. I've never been without him since this all changed.

"I'll miss you so much more baby.. I'll call your doctor in the morning to see if there's anyway you can go with me.. Okay?" He offers.

I nod.
