(This is a short side story that takes place at the end of episode 1 (part 3))
Ellie's POV
Darkness was all I could see around me, the last thing I remember was sleeping with (Y/N) after what happened yesterday. As I slept, I felt something cold and slimy, coating and wrapping around my skin like a cacoon. There I was, surrounded by darkness with nowhere else to go and completely alone, that is until I heard a voice speak to me from the shadows, it was dark but... Feminine in a way.
???: "Ellie Brock."
Ellie: "W-who said that? Where am I? What's going on?"
???: "Calm down, you are still sleeping on the couch in the vehicle. Right now we are in your subconscious, I merely wanted to introduce myself to you."
Ellie: "What are you?"
???: "I am a symbiote. A living organism that needs a host to survive... And you're that host for me, Ellie."
Ellie: "A host?"
???: "Yes, be my host. I can grant you abilities beyond your imagination and help you achieve your deepest desires. I can even help you be united with this boy that you desperately crave by making you into something he won't be able to resist and in return, you will be my host and keep me alive... So, do we have a deal?"
I didn't know what to think. On one hand, I don't know what is going on, but on the other hand, I get to be with (Y/N).
Ellie: "Before I accept your offer, I have one question."
???: "And that is?"
Ellie: "Are there others like you?"
???: "Yes, there are. 9 of them. My sisters came with me to earth because the 10 of us are the sole survivors of our race as we escaped the destruction of our home planet, Klyntar. My sisters have already interacted and bonded with the other 9 human females inside of this vehicle and it seems that the other females have the same romantic feelings towards the boy as much as you. So with that out of the way, do you accept my offer, Ellie Brock?"
Ellie: "Yes, I accept. After hearing about your situation and what you went through to get you and your sisters to safety, I will be your host."
???: "Excellent. By the way, I searched your thoughts and saw how your mate protected those civilians from the giant robot. I even looked at a memory where he told you that he wanted to be a hero like his father and want to protect innocent lives."
Ellie: "So what are you implying?"
???: "I'm saying is that maybe we can be heroes. Bringing justice to those who prey on the innocent and give our mate a helping hand if he is in danger."
Ellie: "It sounds risky, but I'll do anything to help (Y/N). But if we're going to be a hero, we need to look the part."
???: "Leave that to me. All we need now is a name."
After giving it some thought, Ellie thought of a good name for them, and when she told the symbiote about it she smiled a toothy grin.
???: "Then it's settled. We will become poison to all evil and purge the world of all injustice."
Ellie: "We will protect the innocent lives of this planet and we will make (Y/N) ours."
Both: "We are one. WE ARE VENOM!"
(Hey guys, hope you enjoyed this little side story. Sorry for it being so short but I want to get the meeting between Ellie and venom out of the way.
