"Wake yo ahh up." I heard someone say shaking me. I groaned opening my eyes. Whoever the hell it is better have a good ass reason for waking me up. I sat up rubbing my eyes then looked at the person and instantly hugged him. "Heyy, Chi told me you not talkin." He said hugging me back. I nodded as he release from the hug. "I also heard what happened... wit Jhene." He said stratching the back of his neck. I got my phone and wrote, "Yeaaa it did a lot of damage." "I can tell." He said sitting next to me. "You wanna get sum to eat?" He asked with a light smile. "It's the least you can do since you never around." I typed on my phone and showed him shortly before getting up. He chuckled before standing up and walking out the door. I decided to put sum else on. I ain't takin a shower until I get back, fuck dat. I put on some leggings and a red hoodie wit sum 4's.

I grabbed everything I needed and walked out my room closing the door behind me. I put my ear phones in my ears and walked downstairs. I had "Red Eye" by youngboy blasting in my ears. "Ima real good slime." I sung in my head, walking down the last step. "Finally." Jiggy said throwing his hands up. I rolled my eyes walking towards the door. He got up and followed me. "Where ya'll going?" Chi asked looking up from his phone. "Gettin sum food real quick." Jiggy said opening the door. I walked out the door and stood there. "He let me take his car." Jiggy said unlocking Mosey's door. That's Mosey's baby I'm surprised he even let him touch the keys. "Get in the car girl." He said opening his side of the car. I got in as he started the car. I put my seatbelt on as he backed up from the driveway. "Whatchu wanna eat?" He asked. I took my head phones out and paused the music. He glanced over at me. "I asked whatchu wanna eat." He repeated. I shrugged not caring. Shit I don't give a fuck. He nodded pulling up to a deli place. I'll take it I guess. I needa start talking soon tho .. "Ima get what you used to get for you." He said before getting out the car. I just nodded and got on my phone scrolling through Instagram when one of Jhene's fan pages popped up. Damn that just made me think of her even more. And how she's not here with us. I just want my bestie back. Ain't shit gon help other then that. He soon came back with the sandwiches and we were on our way. "Wanna go back home?" He asked glancing at me. I nodded. Ima home body so I coo wit dat. Plus Grace and em are coming over. I have to talk, somehow. I don't feel like the questions I might be asked soon. Like why you not talkin?? I wanna say nun yo damn business but its whatever. We soon got back to the house, so I got out and grabbed my sandwich going to the front door. I knocked twice and waited for someone to open it. The door opened revealing Grace. I hugged her tight. She looked sad just like me. Her and Jhene had jus became good friends. She pulled us inside and cried. I rubbed her back comforting her. "I still can't believe it." She said wiping her face releasing from the hug. I nodded agreeing with her. "I heard you don't talk anymore, you barely smile." She stated feeling sorry for me. I once again nodded admitting that. "We got each other tho, we can grow and move on." She said cracking a light smile. I nodded looking at the ground, as a tear slipped from my eye. I finally looked up and walked to the living room to see Nahmir, Jay, and Cordae sitting on the couch. They got up when they saw me. Nahmir brought me into a hug, I couldn't keep it in anymore. I cried hard like I did when it first happened. "I know." Was all he said rubbing my back. Then Jay and Cordae gave me a hug. Mosey and Neek came in and joined in with conversations, while me and Grace sat there on the couch. We watch as Kayce and Jordan played happily with their dolls. "When did you stop talking?" Grace asked sparking up a conversation. I pulled my phone out and went to notes typing, "That same day." She looked at the phone and nodded sniffling. "I sorry I kinda disappeared, shit just got hard asf. We was homeless and still is." Grace said looking straight ahead. I froze and looked at her before typing away again. "Why didn't you tell me?" I typed. "I was going to but then I heard about Jhene's passing so I didn't say anything. Then I saw the new girl that's staying with you guys." She said just as Cloe walked down the stairs. I rolled my eyes. I'm telling you there's something off about her. Once I figure it out then it's on and crackin. "You still should've told me." I typed then showed her. "Did you find a building for your salon?" She asked ignoring what I said. I shook my head no. She sighed. "I know Jhene's passing sadden all of us. But life keeps going and time waits for no one. Either you take your lead or you get pushed to the back." Grace said making me look at things differently. Damn she right. Everyone around us froze and listened in our conversation. "Take this and make inspiration out of it instead of looking at it as a setback." She said wiping her face as tears strolled down her face. When I stopped talking it hurt everyone around me. It made it where they couldn't communicate to me and help me. So maybe if I atleast try to talk, like little sentences then build up from there. Then that will help some. "Please do that for me." She said looking at me. I could see the pain in her eyes along wit mine. "I gotchu." I said with a light smile. "You got her to talk." Chi said speed walking down the stairs. He came over and sat on the other side of me kissing me on the forehead. "Thank you Grace." He said thanking her. "Don't thank me that's all her." She said smiling. "Now we gotta get yo business jumpin." She said. I nodded agreeing. "We gotta celebrate." Mosey said getting up. "Wit what?" I asked looking up at him. "Whatchu wanna do?" He asked me. "Water park." I said looking at Grace. "Hell yea." She said laughing. "Ite den water park it is." Mosey said. "Kayce. Jordan." I called for the little kids. "Your talking." Kayce said surprised. "I am. We're going to the water park go get you and Jordan a bathing suit out." I instructed her. "Lyla really." Grace said smiling. "You know I gotchu." I said getting up. "C'mon so we can pick out sum cute." I said grabbing her hand leading her up the stairs. We walked into my room and saw the kids with their bathing suit in their hands. I cleaned Kayce off and had her brush her teeth then put her's on, and Grace did the same for Jordan. I looked in my closet for us something to wear now. I picked two out and showed Grace, she picked her's and I picked mine. As we were about to change into dem Cleo walked in unannounced. She don't know how to knock?? "Can I help you?" I asked nicely. "Yea Jae said you can help get a bathing suit or sum." She said typing at her phone. Dis bitch. I'm only doing dis for Jae. I picked sum random out and passed it to her. The bitch didn't even say thank you. Grace looked at me I shrugged then walked into the bathroom and changed into the bathing suit and then Grace changed. We posted the little ones.
