Recap: Lyla had another argument with her mom. Her mom said something wrong about a sensitive subject that is very soft to Lyla. So Lyla moved out of her mom's house and took Kacey with her and moved in with Chi, Mosey, Sauve, and the Bandkids.

Lyla's POV

We are headed to the studio so they can lay down some tracks. When we got there we got out of the car and walked in. I sat there and got on the phone. Then Kacey reached for my phone so she can play with it, I gave it to her. I just sat there wondering off and thinking about how I felt about Chi even though it's only been a day since I've met him and the rest of the gang. I was interrupted out of my thoughts by someone calling my name. "LYLA!" Chi yelled. "What dang why you yellin." I yelled back walking over to him to see what he wanted. I walked up to him and he put his arm around my waist. "This is another member of the YBN Crew, Jay." He said looking at me then at Jay. "Oh, that's cool nice to meet you." I said then shook his hand. "And this is Jhene Aiko." He said introducing me to her. I greeted her then took Chi's arm from around my waist and walked away to go sit back down then Jhene came over and we were talking about random stuff. Even though when I was walking away I can tell that he was probably glaring at me. I just felt a little uncomfortable with Chi's arm around my waist. I mean ya I've had a crush on him even before I meet him, but he's a rapper and his mind is in some many places. I just don't want to get to attached if he don't feel the same way. Or if he's not goin have time for me because of his music. I get it though music is very important to him. I was once again interrupted from my thoughts from hearing a beat starting. Then Chi started rapping.

Shoot this sound fire. Then Jay's part came and he starting rapping. I got up and starting dancing. Mosey was looking at me like if I was crazy. Everyone was just hyping me up. I was just moving along with the beat. After the song was over I was just laughing with Jhene. It seemed like me and Jhene clicked. (Ya I added Jhene Aiko because I love her music and the ones she ft's on). "Hey I remember hearing you saying you do music, why don't you freestyle for us." Mosey said smiling. "Wow you just goin put me on the spot like that." I said looking at the floor not trying make eye contact. "Come on no judging." Sauve added. "Come on girl go show them up, they don't know what they messin wit." Jhene said trying to hype me up. "Ok, fine." I said getting up and walking towards the booth. When I got there I put the head phones on and the beat started. Wow they didn't give me a trash beat, surprisingly. I started rapping and feelin myself.

After I was finished and the beat ended I came out the booth and everyone was just lookin at me. Jhene ran up to me and started hugging me. "We need to do a song together FR girl." Jhene said. "Ok." I said laughing. "So you really can rap." Mosey and Sauve said. "Don't mess wit my girl ya'll she something special." Chi said smiling at me. "Wait who said I was anyone's girl?" I said trying to laugh it out. "I did, and I meant it." He said smiling but being serious at the same time. "What's your number?" He asked smiling extra hard. "Wow you actually got me, pretty good pick up line." I said blushing. "SHE BLUSHIN." Mosey, Sauve, Neek, and the Bandkids yelled. "It's (420)-233-0243." (This is not a real number so don't try callin it, I used some numbers from basketball (30) (23) (3) (24). "Got it." The Bandkids, Mosey, Suave, Chi, Neek, Royce, and Jhene yelled. I nodded and checked my phone to see that they messaged me to let me know who's who. I saw that Jhene asked me if we should write the song later on. Like me go to her house to write it. I text her sure. "Alright ya'll we finna head out." Mosey said. We all nodded. We walked out and got in the car and went home. When we got home I took a shower and washed Kacey up put her on some shorts and a t-shirt. Same wit me. I was tired but just couldn't stop thinking bout what Chi said. Does he really like me or was he just saying that to see what I would say. Should I tell him how I feel. NO that's stupid. We got in bed and went to sleep. I think today was a good day.
