EXTENDED SUMMARY Being Camp Half-Blood's own resident daughter of Khione (and from what they could tell, the only daughter of Khione), people tended to steer away from Elsa Oldenburg.
Maybe it was her icy blue eyes and white-blonde hair or how she had ice powers, but truth be told, it was her cold personality. Her life wasn't exactly easy, and being the only child of such a cold Goddess caused her to not have any friends at Camp. All she wanted to do was run.
But then things change.
The arrival of three new Demigods to camp — Jason, Piper, and Leo — causes Elsa to get dragged into the world of quests. She had already fought in the Battle of Manhattan and was just tired, but alas, Hera needed saving and she somehow had something to do with it.
Never did Elsa imagine that the boy with blue eyes like her would manage to somehow sneak his way into her cold heart, but maybe he could be the one to melt the ice.

• I was thinking the sequel could be named the next right thing which also follows the frozen soundtrack because yk the house of hades and the blood of olympus are tough books for our favorite demigods
• when encountering khione in canada, they can sense her presence and treats her like royalty. she kind of likes it, but then she meets her mother for the first time and absolutely hates how her personality is exactly like her because let's be honest khione's a bitch ✩
• jason tries to make friends with her and she resists at first but slowly lets him in ✩
• leo annoys her but she soon starts to like him in that scene in the tunnel
• piper and her become bffs SO fast bc for some reason she likes piper
• give her a line in the prophecy! she can't go on the quest without one ✩
• jason and elsa finally kiss at the end of the book when he's by the basketball court
