Chapter 5

I am very sorry it took me soo long to update. This chapter needs mature reading. You can go ahead and skip it if you like.

*LILY POV*

Once Sirius and Marlene came back we all just chatted lightly about Hogwarts until we reached. Everyone took their trunks and left the train to go get a carriage. I was reaching for mine but couldn't reach. 

"Need help, Lily?" James asked. He was the last one to leave. 

"Yes please" I answered.

He reached up to take my trunk and when he did, his shirt rode up and his abs were shown. 

I guess Remus didn't lie then. It does look good

Lily stop staring

But you like it 

Enough of this

You know you can't get enough of this

SHUT UP!!!!

"Like the view, Evans?" James asked, snapping me out of my internal argument.

"Wha-What?" I stuttered.

"Come on. Their are waiting for us" James beckoned.

James carried my trunk for me down. We met our friends in front of the only carriage available.

"What took you two soo long?" Mary asked.

"Nothing" We both answered at once in unison.

"Ok" Sirius said, throwing a smirk at Marlene which she returned.

We all entered the carriage and settled down. Remus, Mary, Sirius and Marlene sat on one side while Peter, James and I sat on the other. I got up once everyone was ready to close the carriage door but someone stopped me.

"What do you want, Snape?" Remus asked coldly.

"There are no more carriages, Lupin" He added Lupin as if it was something disgusting.

"Does that mean-?" James started but stopped abruptly.

I was confused with James and angry with Snape so I just moved away and sat beside James. Snape followed me inside, closed the door and sat beside me. I could feel James tense up.

"It's ok. Calm down" I whispered to him. He visibly calmed down but was still on guard.

Snape seemed to be enjoying James's tension so I moved closer to James. James immediately put his arm over me while talking to Sirius about Quidditch or something. Surprisingly, I didn't throw it off. I liked his protective arm around me so I just went closer.

*JAMES POV*

Snape sat down beside Lily. I tried to ignore it but I think my uncomfortableness showed.

 "It's ok. Calm down" Lily reassured me. I love that girl.

While Padfoot and I were taking about Quidditch because I was the Quidditch Captain to the Gryffindor team, I felt Lily move closer to me. I put my hand around her and expected her to throw it off but she didn't.

During the ride, I felt Lily fall asleep on my shoulder. I put her in a more comfortable position and continued talking when suddenly she woke up and screamed at Snape.

"HOW DARE YOU?!? THAT IS SOO RUDE!!" She screamed all of us looked at her confused. That is when I noticed that there were silent tears running down her cheeks.

*LILY POV*

I liked the feeling of his protective arm around me. When he thought I was asleep, James moved me to a more comfortable position. I was just about to doze off when I felt something cold on my thigh. I saw Snape's hand on me and felt disgusted. Nobody had noticed yet so I just pushed his hand of me but he kept on placing his hand then started moving up towards my skirt. I felt extremely disgusted that I didn't notice the silent tears running down my face.
