Riker PoV
Riker - come on guys don't slack I need to get back home ! I sternly said they got up and got to practice
Rocky - sorry bro what's up Rydel walked over massages my back
Riker- it's okay Rose isn't feeling
After we finished I headed straight back home . I opened the door
Riker - I'm here !
Hazel - ssshhh just got her to sleep she said tiredly
Riker - sorry, how has she been
I went over and kissed her forehead
Hazel - she's a bit better .Do you mind getting Ryan from school later?
I took Rose of Hazel
Riker - yeah sure , you go and get fresh
She nodded her head and headed of I sat down on the couch slowly rocking Rose watching her peacefully asleep I lay her down and put a soft fluffy blanket onto of her. couple minutes later Hazel came down.

Hazel PoV
I dried my hair and went down entered the room to see Rose asleep and Riker massaging his temples slowly . I went over and massaged his back
Riker- hey you didn't need to
Hazel - it's okay you've had an band practice all the muscles probably need an relaxing massage or an hot bath
Riker - aww so you care about
Hazel - yeah I do I kissed his cheek and went upstairs filled the bath up putting radox massager shampoo in
Hazel - Riker get upstairs ! I could hear him run up the stairs
Riker - yeah !
Hazel - have an nice soak in,enjoy !
I kissed his cheek and went back down to keep an eye on Rose.it was 12pm when Riker came down he probably fell asleep he's been upstairs for 2hr and 30 minutes
Hazel - you enjoyed that didn't you I said with an grin
Riker - yup indeed I did ,want anything to eat ?
I shrugged my shoulders he went in to the kitchen couple minutes he returned with two sandwiches
Hazel - rikey I'm not hungry
Riker- your going to have to eat he frowned he placed it on the coffee table and ate his I poked his muscular arms
Hazel - Batman! Riker was drinking water
Riker - hazel don't do that ! Rose started crying
Rose - dada she made grabby hands Riker picked her up and cradled her
Hazels - you stay with her I will pick Ryan up from school want anything
He nodded his head
Riker- get something actually I'll come with you he placed rose in here car seat and sat next to her stroking her hair .

Ryan PoV
Only two minutes left till the bell I grabbed my backpack
Teacher - have an nice weekend!
I walked outside to find dad stood there like an lost puppy
Ryan - daddy I went running up to him
Dad - hey buddy he picked me up and attacked me with kisses we walked towards the car I sat at the front seat on a child seat
Ryan - Rose feeling any better
Rose - no wyan ,dada she cried
We pulled up at the supermarket
Mum - wait here I need to grab couple things I nodded my head
Dad- Ry can you pass the tissue box and open the window please
I gave the things to him and then opened the window
Dad- hey baby girl he rubbed her back in circles she started vomiting more I handed her my water bottle out my backpack which I didn't drink all of it
Ryan- dad here it will make here better
Dad- thanks buddy
mum finally came back with loads of shopping bags
Mum- aww poor baby she gave rose a kiss on here forehead and drove of home .

At home dad placed rose in her bed she fell asleep straight away
Ryan - daddy I whispered
Dad - yeah Ry
Ryan - is Rose going to get better
Dad - yeah she should we are going to take extra care of her okay
I nodded my head dad lay down next to her I crawled on to dads chest he was humming a little tunes which made me drift of to sleep

Hazel PoV
Ugh what would my mum do if I was ill ? I tried everything that i could think of she was asleep but where is Ryan ? I jogged up the stairs in to rose room to find them three asleep I walked over but Riker wasn't asleep I sat down on the floor
Hazel - Riker ?
Riker - yeah
Hazel - .. I think we should give her more water so she doesn't vomit
Riker - yeah I think we should
I nodded my head I rest my head a against the bed my eyes couldn't stay open I drifted of to deep sleep .

Riker PoV
My little family's asleep ,Ryan's on my chest I picked him up and took him downstairs placed him on the couch. I went back up to place Hazel next to Rose I kissed there forehead and put a blanket on top of them and then went to the kitchen to get something to eat after ,I was done I went back to find Ryan awake watching pirates and the Caribbean acting it all out I recorded him with out him knowing it was so cute.
Ryan - daddy stop ! He giggled
I stopped recording I walked over and kissed his forehead
Riker - what your cute wait this is my favourite bit "Any one seen my sword "I tried to say in my best British accent
Hazel- *giggling *my head snapped towards Hazel who was laughing away I ran over to her who was recording
Riker- mmhmm what did you think of that
Hazel- you got the part Riker lynch has captain jack sparrow part she said in a Directors voice I picked her up and sat down in the couch with Ryan by our side I posted the video on Instagram

Riker- Rosybear ! She came running over to me and made herself comfy she looks a bit better then before Hazel handed her a bottle of water she was drinking away while we enjoyed watching our movie and eating loads of food 😋.
