Chapter 21

"Cassie, will you give me the honour of being my date tonight?" Sirius said, kissing Cassie's hand she giggled and nodded before kissing his cheek. They are so adorable!

Wow! These babies are really making me go soft!

"And Celeana, will you present me with the utmost pleasure of accompanying me on a date tonight?" Remus asked, kissing my hand the same way Sirius kissed Cassie's. I giggled as well but kissed him for a bit to tell him that I was saying yes. He pulled back with an adorable goofy grin. You could practically tell they planned this!

***James's POV***

This is the best idea that Sirius has ever had!!! Even putting catnip in McGonagal's dorm ranks below this! I just finished putting the last modifications on the big picnic when Remus and Sirius came running out over the grounds.

"James, this better be good!" Sirius growled. He is so in love with Cassie it's so cute! What a second, I'm a guy! I'm not supposed to say cute!

"What if we enchanted candles to float over the picnic and asked the policies if they could place a wreath of flowers on each girls head?" I asked and they nodded their heads frantically. Lily would be sitting on the green cushion because, you know it's her favourite colour and Cassie would be sitting on the black one with a blue trim and Celeana on the purple one. The picnic looked absolutely beautiful. The blanket was borrowed from Dumbledore because he insisted.

He caught us enchanting the trees to become a canopy. Long story short, he was thrilled that we were finally growing a pair and lent us his blanket that as he says is enchanted to fly. Who ever came up with the idea of a magic carpet and wouldn't just stick to brooms is beyond me!

"James have you asked Lily out yet for tonight?" Remus asked and I swore. This tonight would be entirely useless if I had forgotten to asked Lilly on a date!

***Lilly's POV***

James just came bursting into the common room at such a speed that you would have thought someone was going to mess up his hair again.

"Lilly will you go on a date with me tonight?" He painted and I blushed.

"Sure what time?" I asked and he looked like a huge weight had been lifted off of his shoulders!

"9:30 and don't eat too much dinner!" He said before darting out of the common room again. What is that supposed to mean?!

"Is James acting odd as well?" Cassie asked, walking down the stairs with Celeana on her tail. I can't believe they are having babies, and Celeana twins no less!

"Yeah, what do you think it's about?" I asked and they just shrugged before sitting down beside me.

~~~Fast Forward to 9:30~~~

"Girls hurry up or we're going to be late!" I said and they gave me a glare that would make McGonagal proud.

"Oi I'm pregnant not a marathon runner!" Celeana snapped. Her hormones are getting worse everyday. Cassie giggled, thankfully distracting the attention from me!

We heard music coming from just outside the forbidden forest and we gasped. They had enchanted candles to hang over a red and gold picnic blanket and the trees hung like a gondola over where our heads would be. All of the boys were dressed in pristine tuxes and James' hair was somewhat tamed. I walked up to them and sat down on the pillow in front of James and the girls each sat down in front of their dates. They opened the picnic basket and lifted out chocolate covered strawberries, butter beer and fire whiskey. The butter beer probably for the hormonal pregnant teenagers sitting beside me.

"Do you like it?" James asked and I nodded quickly and kissing him on the cheek. The boy us fed us chocolate strawberries and we drank and joked until about eleven o'clock. James stood up pulling me up with him and James and Remus followed suite.

"Lily, I have had a crush on you since I met you on the train and I've been in love with you since second year. I'll admit it hurt a bit when you swore and hated me because all I wanted was for you to feel the same way about me as I felt about you. I love you with all my heart and I'm happy to say you're mine! Lilly Evans, will you present me the honour of being my wife, will you marry me?" He asked and by the end of his speech I had tears poring down my face.

"Yes! James Potter you are the light of my world and I have had a crush on you since third year, although I hid it well. I'd love to marry you and share the rest of my life with you!" I said before I kissed him. It's Sirius' turn now!

"Cassie, you are the most amazing person that I've met in my entire life! You are one of the only women ever to turn down a chance to kiss me and you ask nothing more of me than my love and respect. You're the only girl ever to make me blush and stutter and when you did, that was when I knew that I had found true love. Cassie Greyback, will you marry me?" He asked and she was crying. She flew herself at him in a hug.

"Yes you dumb toerag. I've liked you since I met you, I just didn't want to be another girl ticked off of your list. I fell in love with you when I had gotten to know you better and I don't regret it in the slightest. I'd love to marry you!" She said and he grinned. Reid's turn next!
