Wolf Once Scorned- A Marauders Tale

Chapter 2

That was five years ago and the maurauders and I are now in our fifth year. James is obsessing over Lily now more than ever and it is DRIVING ME INSANE!!!!!!! We are in the boys room trying to calm him down. Well, Sirius and Peter are. Remus and I are reading.

"Calm down mate, you're going to lose the plot!" Sirius said whilst James was fisting his hair. I still didn't look up from my book.

"Maybe Celeana can help me make Lily jealous!" My head snaps up when I hear my name and Remus was glaring at James and if looks could kill, he would be in Azkaban.

"No way in HELL are you using her to get Lily!" Remus growled before I even had a chance to speak. I nodded my head in agreement whilst glaring at James.

"Please Celeana PLEASE!!" James pleaded and I was about to give in but Remus pushed James up against the wall and yelled right in his face.

"YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE HER FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL GAIN!!!" He screamed I was truly frightened. He was never like this. I jumped up and touched his arm and he visibly calmed. He needs to get out of here now.

"Remus let's go to see madam Pomfrey. I need to ask her for something!" I said softly, tugging him towards the door. He pinched the bridge of his nose. He nodded and we walked down the corridor in silence.

"Are you okay? You never lose your temper like that?" I asked him trying to break the awkward silence. He nodded and his face softened.

"He used girls before to try and get Lily. He just pushed her away even further and they ended up getting hurt. We're closer than any of our other friends. I'm not letting you get hurt!" He whispered in a barely audible voice. I hugged him and then we walked into the hospital wing.

"Oh! I did't expect you to come together but let's see what the problem is!" Madam Pomfrey said briskly and we both sat down on separate beds. Remus whispered something in Poppys ear and she nodded running over to the medicine cabinet and bringing out two goblets.

"There you go dearies I understand that in three nights time you will be shifting so I understand why you lost your temper." Madam Pomfrey said and I froze. She wasn't talking to me but she was talking to the both of us.

"Madam Pomfrey could you give us a minute?" I asked politely but I was absolutely raging. How come he didn't tell me? He nodded and left to her office. I cast the mufliato charm on our beds and Remus looked genuinely scared but he looked angry as well.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I said and my voice sounded really broken. His eyes flashed and obviously he was angrier than I was.

"Me? You didn't tell me either!" He Shouted and I winced he was in the zone. "I'm your best friend and I deserved to know!"

"Well so did I!!! You think it's easy finding out that the person you trusted most in the world don't tell you something this important?! Obviously you do because the same thing is happening to you!" I yelled back at him. He was getting angrier and angrier by the second and I could see that but why are we angry again?

"Why are we angry? We both had the same secret and it isn't like this is much of a surprise!" Remus said after he had calmed down a bit. I giggled a bit and he started to chuckle and then we were full on guffawing.

"I had my suspicions the first day I met you. I'm just surprised that we didn't tell each other sooner!" I planted between laughs.

"Well isn't this just touching!" a voice said and Remus and I looked at the door of the hospital wing to see Snape. Oh great where's Lily when you need her?!

"Lay off Snape!" Remus snapped and he was back to angry again.

"Now Remus I don't think that you should be threatening me know that I know yours and the girls secret!" Snape smirked and I was scared. This isn't good!
