Elizabeth practically dragged us through the airport the second the plane touched down in London. By the time we reached the black SUV at the airport entrance I was panting and feeling rather cross — and from the looks of it I wasn't the only one.

"Mum! My legs are falling off." Millie had tears running down her cheeks and her hair was mussed.

"I'm never walking again." Penny stated simply, crossing her little arms over her chest in defiance.

"Suit yourselves." Elizabeth wasn't bothered the slightest bit. "Take us to the May Fair Hotel," She instructed the driver. The car shot down the streets of London and I peered out of the window curiously. I had never been in Europe, let alone England, and I was breathless with excitement.

"Isn't it beautiful?" Charlie asked, a soft smile on his lips.

"Y-yeah." I blushed as he played with the tips of my hair, twirling the strands around his long fingers.

Our car rounded the bend and we entered a district with large stone buildings. Each was more magnificent than the last . . . And then, all of a sudden, we were at the May Fair Hotel. The car lurched to a stop and I was momentarily rendered speechless. The building that loomed above was antique with an air of elegance and sophistication; large flags fluttered above the entrance and a doorman in a stiff blue uniform helped us out of the SUV. The lobby was even more beautiful than the exterior; in sharp contrast with the outside, the lobby was modern and super-chic.

"You look like a deer caught in headlights," Charlie observed smugly.

"This . . . this is . . . wow."

"I suppose it's all right."

I wanted to smack him. But instead, I opted for rolling my eyes and muttering "rich boys these days."

"Come along, love birds. I don't have time to waste," Elizabeth called out behind her as she disappeared into an elevator. It took me a few moments to realize that the comment was directed at Charlie and I. He coughed uncomfortably before taking off after his mother and I was left to round up the twins. The elevator ride upstairs was awkward, to say the very least. I refused to make eye contact with Charlie, despite him being a mere six inches away from me.

"I'm leaving in thirty minutes to head out to a shoot. Felicity, you and the girls are sharing a suite on floor eleven; Charlie and I have rooms on the floor above. Get the girls situated and then we can meet up at the photoshoot in a couple of hours. Okay?"

"Sure, do you mind texting the address?"

"Already done," She replied. And sure enough, my phone pinged to alert one unread message. "Will you be joining us at the photoshoot?" This time, Elizabeth directed the question at Charlie.
