It was the next morning and I had just woken up to sara shaking me to wake up.

"Mama come see!"

"What is it?" I groaned rubbing my temple not fully awake yet.

I pulled myself off my cot and walked out of my tent as sara ran towards the horses.

I sighed knowing something might be standing hitched to the post, likely a horse.
Turning the corner sara was stood next to a small palomino Morgan.

"Its a unicorn!" Sara shouted as i heard a familiar chuckle coming from beside her.

"What a beautiful unicorn Sara" I said walking over to the Morgan and stroking its maine as I glared at Micah.

"Where did you find this unicorn?"

"Micah said he found it near a pond full of shimmery water with a waterfall and the unicorn came out of the waterfall!" Sara explained jumping up and down.

"Wow! How wonderful" i said stepping beside Micah and bringing my face near his ear.

"You bought it from the stables didn't you?" I whispered.

"No didn't you hear the story, I found it in a waterfall" Micah said sarcastically.

"Alright, but she doesn't know how to ride a horse Micah and I'm sure as shit ain't teaching her"

"Its not a horse, its a unicorn and that's fine, ill teach her" Micah said kneeling down to Sara's height.

"You want to ride the unicorn Sara?"

"Yes!" Sara giggled as Micah lifted her up onto the horse.

"Alright hold onto the unicorns hair tightly and press your heels into its sides" Micah explained as i stood behind and watched as the horse started to walk in a circle. Sara was smiling and laughing as i could see Micah smiling with her. In all the months I'd known Micah I had never seen him smile the way he was, it was a genuine smile.

"I want to go faster Micah!" Sara cheered.

"Alright" he chuckled mounting the horse holding onto a clump of its hair with one hand and holding Sara with his arm.

"Hya!" Micah yelled kicking its sides as it darted down the path.

As they rode out of camp Micah's hat flew off his head behind him. I giggled walking towards where it landed and picked it up. Something inside me sent a sense of warmth through my body as a smile grew on my face. I held the hat in my arms and headed towards my tent to change into my clothes for the day. I had gotten dressed and quickly grabbed Micah's hat placing it on my head so I wouldn't loose it. Walking out of my tent I walked towards the stew pot and poured myself a bowl.

"That's not your hat" i heard a voice chuckle from behind me.

"You are correct" I said turning around to look at Arthur.

"So are you and..?"

"What? No!, he just took Sara on a ride and his hat flew off so I grabbed it to keep it safe" I explained as Arthur looked at me oddly for a second before nodding his head and walking away. I sighed placing the stew ladle back into the pot and heading over to the nearest table where uncle and Charles were sat.

"Hey boy's" I said sitting down.

"Morning baby, nice hat" uncle snickered.

"Morning" Charles grumbled. He wasn't exactly a morning person.

"Ain't that Micah's hat?" Uncle asked.

"Yep" I said dryly scooping some stew on my spoon and placing it into my mouth.
