Fezco knew that what Nova did wasn't right but that's what he deserved, everyone knew what kind of bitch Nate Jacob's was and that he deserved it. He knew that she had her reasons doing it but he also knew that she could get in big trouble for it.
Nova tho , didn't made a big deal out of it she felt like it was something she had to do to show that she truly cared,
maddy was first mad but then ,the thought of that she has someone who stands up for her and has her back made her happy. Not that she can't stand up for herself but she was in love and when you're in love , you don't see anything.
That's also how Ashtray started felt , he didn't knew why but his feelings started to change towards Nova , he didn't saw her as a big sister because Nova is 2 and half years older than him anymore but as something more, like someone he could actually be in love with.
He would never admit that in his whole fucking life , because it would ruin everything , especially their genuine bond with each other. But no matter how much he wanted it not to be true , he couldn't hide his feelings from himself.

"Mom is gonna be so mad about it , you know that right?" Rue says while we are walking home. " How would she even know ?" I ask her , " because you have a fucking blue eye " she says pointing at my face. FUCK I didn't even noticed I mean it hurted but he didn't hit me back , or did he ? I don't remember and I don't really care either. " Well I still have make up " I say as I open the door. Mom wasn't at home , because she was working so I went to my room at put on some make up on my eye , it wasn't to bad but still noticeable.

"RUEE , Ashtray is gonna come with us tomorrow " I say out of my room " Is he glued to you or some shit " she asks and gives a serious look , " Shut the fuck up man " I say, rolling my eyes. "then Jules can come too " she says , " Okey I don't have a problem with that " I say as I close my door and lay in my bed , I fall asleep and i I wake up someone rings on the door. Fuck Rue and me overslept and Jules and Ashtray were already here , without thinking I open the door but they give me a scared look . " You told me you were fine " Ash says worried, " what happened?" Jules asks in the same tone , fuck I forgot to cover my eye.

" oh its nothing serious guys , don't worry I'm fine " I say smiling as I make a gesture for them to come in. " fucking Jacob's " Ash says under his breath, but I ignore it "anyways , rue is in her room Jules and come Ash I need to get ready it's not gonna take long " I say walking up to my room , Jules nods and walks to rues room and Ash walks behind me.

"Did Jacob's hit you ?" he asks , "Ash please, I don't remember and even if he didn't I don't give a fuck okey , let it be " I say looking for what to wear. He doesn't say anything , so I just continue looking for an outfit. I decided to go with something casual.

Didn't felt like wearing much make and put my hair in a bun, " Okey I'm ready " I tell him grabbing my phone "finally " he says as he stands up he was watching me the whole time but what else should he be doing. Jules and Rue were already in the car, so we in the back seats , the drive was about 49 minutes , and I feel asleep.

"Nova wake up " ashtray tells me , when we finally arrived.
We walk into the mall and split Rue and Jules go left and Ashtray and me go left. " Where do you wanna go ?" I ask Ash,  " you know I don't care " he looks around the mall , "but I need to buy a present tho " he says , " oh for who ?" I ask curios " it's fezcos birthday in 2 days so I want to get him something " , " that's cool  what do you wanna get him?" , " umm idk I thought you had some ideas " he says scratching his neck " Ash , you kidding me right " I laugh "I'm the last person who knows your bother well , we could ask rue tho " I tell him while we walk in the Nike store.

After 2 hours of walking around I bought some outfits and Ashtray bought,  fezco a tracksuit I found. We met Jules and rue at a Cafe,  and sat down next to them. " Ash can I talk to u real quick ? " rue asks him , he nods and they walk away . Jules looks at me and I look back " im sorry for the question but I'm curious do you date fezco or Ashtray?" She asks me with a smile, I laugh about her question " oh no no , Ash is my best friend and I can't stand fezco " I say laughing,  " I'm sorry I just thought , you guys are always together and idk " she looks embarrassed, "it's Okey Jules,  I get that a lot but no he's my homie " I tell her smiling , she returns it. I see rue and ashtray coming back " we're done we should probably drive home "rue says grabbing her jacket from the chair,  everyone agrees so we walk out of the mall.

I want to know what rue told him so I grab his arm to stop him. "What did Rue told you ?" I ask him quite , he looks at me like he doesn't wanna answer that question " ashtray please " I say again , " Nova , I really shouldn't be tellin u this " he says and turns his head away from mine , I grab his arm more tighter , he now looks at me again " she wanted drugs " he said barely to hear for me " and did you gave it to her " I don't really want an answer to that question " no " I feel relieved,  " thank you " I give him a small smile.

Nobody talked the whole car ride , so I feel asleep again. The last days were pretty boring I was in school haven't seen Ash but tomorrow is gonna be fezcos birthday party well , 5 people are gonna be there and Ash invited me but whatever. We'll see.

Ashtray hated himself for it but he did gave me the drugs , and of course he couldn't tell Nova because she would hate him for the rest of her life , or would lose her trust to him forever which was even worse.
