Stacie pouted when Phil said they had to go back inside, but she still ran ahead trying to keep up with all the grown-ups. Her little legs made it hard to keep up, and it seemed like all her friends were big kids now. She was excited to be going somewhere, even if it was inside the big house again, and she soon found herself running in circles around them all, asking all kinds of questions without waiting for an answer. She was too excited to walk when she could be running.
"Calm down, Ana," Phil called after her with a laugh. But she had already decided she didn't need to listen to that name anymore. She carried on dancing, singing "Stacie, Stacie, Stacie," to herself under her breath.
They got to a changing room at last. There was a big changing table in the corner, and rows of clothes all along both sides of the room. Phil took Stacie and Todd with him, while Cassie and Minnie went with Kim to a room on the other side of the hallway. Todd went first; he jumped up on the table, and Phil gave him a diaper check.
"Seems like you're still dry," he said. "Good boy. Now, would you like me to help you change back into big boy underpants and something suitable for a growing lad? Then you can have five or ten minutes to decompress in the TV room, or get your own clothes back and get changed. Or you can change yourself and go straight back to adult clothes. If you want, you could even keep the diaper on; just know that this is your last opportunity to have the staff here change you. If you keep it on, it's your own business."
"I know," Todd mumbled. He was a big boy now, almost a grown up, and Stacie was surprised he could fit on the changing table. But she didn't say anything, she was just happy that her friend was happy. "So, I'll... Umm, it seems weird to change when... can I...?"
"You want to have an accident before I change you?" Phil guessed. "Even if you're feeling adult now?"
"Please," Todd nodded, blushing visibly.
"Okay then. You can feel it, can't you Todd? Everything I say becomes reality for you. You experience every feeling I describe like the most intense dream of your life. You can feel the pressure inside you growing. You're completely adult now, you know what I'm doing to you, but thinking about my words just reminds you that you can completely understand what is happening. You can feel it, you can understand, the only thing you can't do is stop it. As I count down, you will feel the pressure in your bladder and bowels double with every number I say. And when I reach one, you will have no choice but to completely release it into your diaper."
Stacie giggled and went off to look at all the clothes around the room again. She didn't understand all the big words Phil was saying, and it didn't matter to her at all. They were talking about grown-up things, and she wasn't a grown-up. She heard Phil counting down, but she was too excited by a sparkly dress with all glitter on. She did a twirl, and tried to imagine what she would look like dressed in that. She was sure it would be really nice, and she jumped up trying to reach it so she would take it to Phil and ask if she could wear it.
"Oh, you're a stinky boy, aren't you?" she heard Phil say, and she saw Todd was blushing again as Phil changed his diaper. He must have had an accident, and that thought made her giggle a little bit. He was trying to be a big boy, but he still had accidents. He would be a baby again soon, just like Cassie before. It was no fun being grown-up, and everybody was going to be a baby again, just like Stacie. But Phil was giving Todd some white shorts, not another diaper, even if he had an accident. That didn't seem right at all.
"Thanks, man," Todd said with a smile, jumping down from the changing table. He was bigger now, and he could almost have stepped down by himself. "I better grab my clothes and change back, right?"
"Changing room four," Phil said, and nodded. "Giselle brought all your clothes up. If there's anything missing, just give her a shout on the intercom."
"Thanks again. It's been a lot of fun. Especially the last hour. I think I'll ask for you next time." And then he was walking away. He flashed Stacie a smile as he went, and winked. She thought he was trying to tell her something, but she didn't understand. She tried to wink back, but it was harder than she thought. It took her a few tries to work out how to close one eye instead of both, and by then Todd was already gone.
