"Hey, look," Tumingin kaming lahat sa direksyon na nginunguso ni Chasie. Well, that's a rare sight; Bea and Scott talking and laughing. They look like they're having fun. 

"Is it just me or they look good together?"

"Hindi lang ikaw, Nicz. I also agree with you." Gatong pa ni Chandria. "Who knows they'd look good together."

"Eh, paano lagi silang nag-babardagulan, sino sanang mag-eexpect saatin na may chemistry pala sila." Pagkomento ko sa sinabi ni Chan. 

"What?" Naguguluhang tanong ni Red. "I've always thought na may gusto sila sa isa't isa and you all know it." Inosente niyang sabi. "Ako lang ba nakapansin?"

"Oh, dear Red," pinatong ko ang kamay ko sa dalawang braso niya. "Hindi ko alam kung kilala mo ng sobra si Scott o kung sadyang oblivious lang kaming lahat."

"I'm really amazed by how quick you realize things kahit si Scott na yung pinag-uusapan. I mean, that guy is really hard to read pero you catch up quick." Tama si Chandria. 

I think there's this special bond between her and Scott kaya madali nilang naiintindihan ang isa't isa. Maybe not romantically, but probably something platonic. Maybe that's why they didn't last and they never worked out.. Kasi may darating na ibang mas better para sakanila.

We continued playing in the water na para kaming mga bata ulit. I missed this. Us with out busy lives, hindi na namin naeexperience yung ganito. It's really a good thing Scott thought of this. We just enoyed the rest of the night dahil alam naming paggising namin bukas, babalik nanaman ang lahat sa dati. Babalik nanaman sa mga buhay namin as adults.

And just like that, our very short vacay in Tagaytay has ended.

"As I was saying, we can use this platform to better advertise our products since ito naman ang nauuso ngayon sa mga kabataan."

Ugh. Kung hindi lang ako major stockholder sa company na ito, hindi ko na sana kaylangan pang mag-attend ng business meetings and business proposals. My opinion won't matter anyway since si Daddy rin naman ang masusunod. 

After Dad resigned as a Finance Director in Maryland, he took over Lolo's company and now nahila na rin ako sa kompanyang ito. I don't even know why I agreed being a stockholder.

Oh, wait. I signed because of Mommy and because I thought kung magiging stockholder ako ng isa sa biggest companies in the country, it would be fun to see my friends during business events. 

Hindi ko napigilang matawa dahil sa iniisip ko. I only agreed to be a stockholder dahil akala ko magiging masaya and with no future plans in mind.

Dahil sa pag-iisip ko ng kung ano-ano, nakalimutan kong nasa meeting pala kami at nakatingin silang lahat saakin.
