Avni's POV

"I'm going to marry," I shouted loudly pacing back and forth in my room. Liza had a bored look on her face as she sat on the edge of the bed watching my movements.

"Woman you are going to marry, not die.", she rolled her eyes as she massaged her neck due to snapping it back and forth repeatedly.

'Avni you still have got time to back off. Once you get to the altar, there's no going back.', my darling conscience said.

'Have you gone mad?'

'Just trying to help.'

'Shut up.'

"Avni.", Liza flicked her fingers at me to grab my attention."Listen to me." I centred my all attention to her who gave me a bag."What is this?"

"This is something I and Naina planned to give you on your big day together but since she's not here, I'm doing the honours.", she gave a mock salute as her eyes sparkled with pure mischief. As I tried to open the bag to see its contents, Liza snatched it away from me."Uh-huh, you may see it but after your wedding and trust me you're going to thank me for this." She nodded to herself as her eyes shone in delight."Or maybe Neil will thank me more." She smirked at her thoughts.

'Peep in Avni, I permit you.'

'Who asked for your damn permission?'

'Evil human.'

"Don't even think of opening it.", she threatened me as she flashed a smug smile.

The door opened and a woman carrying my wedding dress came in. My heart skipped a beat. As she was carrying my dress over her arms, my eyes couldn't take their eyes off this beauty. It was a lace wedding dress with amazing embroidery, what I loved most was its back that had an amazing floral lacey pattern, it enhanced the zipper that had beads on it. It was breathtaking. I softly ran my hand over the dress as the woman, who I later found out was the designer, went out of the room.
