hello, new york. it's been awhile. today marks the second week since our it girl, @veronicaxoxo and @maxtheewolfe disappeared from the media. since then, there is no news from them. but, as per the others, it seems like @juliencalloway and @alottazee has alot of C on their plate— chaos.

as thanksgiving is fast approaching, i hope we can all have something to be thankful for. because i will.

til then, you know you love me. xoxo, gossip girl.

"i should really go back to social media." veronica said as she put her phone down from reading the gossip girl post. it's been 2 weeks since she and max got out of the hospital. the two are completely healed, but veronica's bruises are still visible. the two still doesn't remember what happened before the accident, but they decided to ignore it since they can't really do anything about it.

"nothing that a little concealer can cover." veronica stood up from her bed and walked to the mirror, grabbing a concealer. max was behind her, sitting in her bed as he watched her. "arch cosmetics, of course." she turned around to max, chuckling as she put the concealer on her arms, covering the bruises.

"you know that we don't have to do the interview, right?" max stood up, walking behind her who was blending the makeup.

"we have to. it will be the greatest come back in history. i think our come back might be better than taylor swift's reputation era" she reasoned out. "plus, the world should know the real story." she added, putting concealer to the back of her shoulders since she was wearing a beige tank top. it looked like she was struggling since she can't see the bruises much since it was behind her.

"here, let me" max took the concealer and put it at the back of her shoulders. there was a moment of silence between the two.

max and veronica have been spending time together since the accident. it's like the accident had brought them closer. as per veronica's perspective, even if she can't remember a thing before the accident, it felt like something had changed— everything has changed. she was certain that max could feel it too. it was a good change. the type of change that let them express themselves more to each other.

"do you wonder what happened right after we fell asleep while watching gilmore girls that night?" veronica asked. "i thought you can't remember watching gilmore girls?" max asked while he was blending the product on her back.

"i can't. it's just what you remember and that sounds like something that we'd do." veronica said. "setting powder, please." max asked.

she handed him the powder and a brush, he started to apply it to the bruises that had concealer on. veronica was watching him through the mirror. "i always wonder what happened that night" max
spoke up. "i know, right"
