After escaping mount weather two days afterwards Bellamy and Octavia are reunited.
At first it's a happy occasion, until Octavia points out his sadness. And then turning to look at Murphy who looks like he's dead.

Third POV

"What's up with you and Murphy? And Finn to?" Octavia asks her brother quizzically. Murphy looking pale, with bags under his eyes, and not having spoken in days. His hand never leaving his pocket where he squeezes the ball. Knowing what's about to happen.
"O, maybe we'll go somewhere a little more private to talk." Bellamy says his voice raspy, his eyes puffed from crying. Octavia nods hesitantly.
Walking away from earshot, Bellamy turns and stops Octavia.
"You may want to sit for this Octavia." Bellamy warns but to no avail.
"I'm ok." Octavia says seeing how bad her brother looked.
"Octavia, Rae-Rae is gone." The words never becoming easier to say. And fresh wave of sadness overflowing the older brother. Glancing down at his baby sister to see her motionless. "She came into the battle and saved me and Finn. I-I- it happened so fast and then she was saying goodbye and told me to tell you not to forget what she told you before she left." Dropping to the ground no longer to stand he sunk his fingers into the soil and cried. Hearing a thud next to him. He saw his sister choking on sobs, her hands in her hair. The pain to unbearable. Feeling her heart drop into her stomach at a complete loss for words.
The only thing that happened for the next hour the siblings sat their holding on to each other. Scared the other would go to. And after awhile Octavia stood, wiping her face. And walked towards the small group.
She then turned and saw Murphy looking at each other. Murphy meeting in the middle as they had a bone crushing hug. Everyone around gaping at them. No one ever expecting the two to get along.
After breaking their big Bellamy rejoins the group. No one knowing what to do next. Until Indra steps forward.
"Rae Kom Skaikru, was one of the strongest people I have ever met. She will be missed." Indra then bowed her head at the two Blake siblings and then at Murphy before leading the group forwards.
