It was the day before Valentine's day and Kenma felt like shit. His day started off by getting woke up by calls from Kuroo - his best friend and assistant. Apparently a meeting came up that was soooo important that Kenma had to be there. He usual wouldn't be that mad about it but, today was his day off and he didn't have a certain someone with him. His boyfriend. Shoyo wasn't even in Tokyo or Japan at that. He was in France for Fashion Week and he had multiple Valentine's day shoot's so he was pretty booked and he and Kenma haven't even been able to call or text. Plus the time zones so when Shoyo is waking up from a hard day it's night time where Kenma is. So he drags himself out of bed but of course not before he has to clean up his cats throw up that is currently under his foot. Kenma decides that today is already going to be bad so he doesn't try anything to make it better. When he's walking to his car he realizes it is covered head to toe in snow so that adds another 15 minutes onto him trying to get to work and he looks like a fucking idiot because he couldn't reach the top of his car. He finishes and settles into his car with a defeated sigh. this is going to be a long day...

"Kenma! Wake your lazy ass up I have more work for you!" Kuroo yells making Kenma sink into his chair even more if that's possible. "Look I know your bummed because you can't spend Valentine's day in your boyfriends ass but you got to get over it you're a ceo." Kuroo says slapping down a handful of papers on Kenma's desk. Kenma, naturally sends Kuroo a glare and not because of the sly remark, but because he wasn't wrong. "Don't say shit like that when you can't relate." Kenma sighs reluctantly picking up the papers and giving them all a gentle tap on the sleek wooden desk. "I still have to work tomorrow too you know!" Kuroo yells. "You get let out 2 hours early, keep arguing with me and i'll keep you all day." Kenma barks back at Kuroo. "Fine, fine i'll leave you alone for now." Kuroo says while walking out the door. Kenma let's his head fall back and he lets his eyes wander around the windows behind him. A notification pulls him out of his trance and he picks up his phone hoping it's a text from Shoyo but instead it was a instagram notification. Shoyo posted. Kenma slightly perked up and clicked on the notification.
It was a video of Shoyo wearing multiple different clothes from a random expensive brands valentine's collection. He had make-up on that was a giant pink heart surrounding his eye and he had heart pupils? Kenma guessed it was either contacts or computer editing. Not that he really cared Shoyo looked amazing, per usual. Kenma closed his eyes and sighed, missing his boyfriend. He went to go stalk Shoyo's account (which he did often) and noticed that Shoyo was live. He wanted to see how his boyfriend was doing so he clicked on the live and saw Shoyo, now bare face, sitting in a robe drinking wine with Athena. Athena was a very popular makeup artist in France but also one of Shoyo's close friends that lives in France. Kenma watched as they talked about nothing and everything at the same time. Shoyo would scan the comments every time they moved to a new subject and a certain question caught Shoyo's attention. "Would I rather be in France or at home for Valentine's Day? hmm that's a hard question..." Shoyo says with his hand on his chin and Kenma gets slightly offended that it's taking Shoyo this long to choose between him or France. Shoyo perks back up with a sly smirk on his face. "Just kidding! Of course i'd rather be home than at France for Valentine's Day!" Shoyo yells with his usual closed eye smile. Everyone knew Shoyo was dating someone but they didn't know who. Kenma and Shoyo both decided that when they feel ready they will announce that they're dating despite them dating for 3 years already they just weren't ready and if one of them was, they would wait until the other one was ready. Kenma didn't really like the idea of people thinking that Shoyo was single so Shoyo let people know he was dating someone but not who. When Kenma came back from his thoughts he heard Shoyo announce that he's going to bed and is going to end the live. He waved at the camera and Kenma waved back with a slight smile. When it ended Kenma laid his phone on his desk and he sighed. "You're so down bad it's sad." Kuroo says somehow standing behind Kenma. "Kuroo im serious about making you work all day tomorrow." Kenma says bitterly and Kuroo disappears without a sound going to help out random people around the office. Kenma's attention is pulled toward his phone when he hears it vibrating it's way across the table.
