Hello! My name is Mightyenacrush, but you can call me Mighty. Don't ask me where I got the name, it is wayyyyy too long of a tale. Anyway, I cannot thank you enough for reading this story of mine. It means a lot to me, it really does! It isn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination, having plenty of errors and inconsistencies, but I hope that you enjoyed it! I myself am pretty happy with the final result. This is the first full story that I have ever written and also my first (and probably last) fanfiction. I want to go on to write my own, original stories. The reason I wrote Way of the Slugcat was because of my love for this extraordinary, yet obscure game. I loved Rain World way too much when I first played. I have something like 200 hours in it. Videocult did an amazing job!
This story started as a single, short chapter. Just an idea. I never thought it would go this far. Thanks to the support of those on the Rain World discord server, however, it became a full blown story. I cannot thank you guys enough for all the encouragement and inspiration. It means the world to me. And thank you, reader, for getting all the way through! Or maybe you just skipped ahead to the end. Either way, thank you for being here! Really, really thank you!
