I slowly opened my eye and smiled when I saw Ted in my arms,I closed my eyes as I rested my chin on his head.i suddenly felt him shake,I heard him whimper.he looked scared but his eyes were still closed,he must be having a nightmare!is this why he sometimes stays up?i lightly shook him,"babe,babe wake up.you're dreaming babe,wake up."i said he shot up,he shakily exhaled and buried his face in his hands."Ted..."I trailed off,I hugged him tightly.he stiffened up,"it's ok Ted,I'm here for you."i said.he began to shake,he hugged me back and sobbed into my shoulder."I-I'm sorry....I-I'm sorry...I-I-I-"he repeated,"shhh,shhh,it's ok Ted.I'm right here,I'm right here."I reassured him.

I cupped his cheeks and gently kissed him,I wiped his tears with my thumb."I'm sorry I woke you up."that was the first the first thing he said after he calmed down,"you didn't wake me up Ted,I woke myself up."i said.he looked away,"Hey..."I said.i lifted his chin up a bit,"do you wanna talk about it?"I asked.he shook his head no,"ok...do you wanna cuddle?"i asked.he nodded yes,we laid back down.he buried his face in my chest and I wrapped my arms around his waist,he immediately fell back asleep.i sighed,I slowly closed my eyes and fell back asleep as well.
