It's Friday and my baby Ashtray got Fez to pick me up today after school so we could see each other and I'm excited. I haven't seen him in like 2 days. I got 5 minutes until the bell rings so I can get out of this school. ..... 3:40 pm *Ring* I put my journal in my bookbag and placed it on my back walking into the now full hallway. "Lani you going to that party everybody talking about this weekend?" my homegirl Nia asked. I smiled thinking of ashtray and if we might hang out this weekend. "Hellooo lanii" Nia said waving her hand in my face. "My bad girl" I said smiling. "Girll who got you smiling like that?" she questioned with a grin on her face.
Now I didn't want to tell her about me and ashtray yet because I wanted to wait until I knew that we were serious. "Girl nobody but idk about the party ill hit you later to let yk" I said walking out the door. "Ok" she said walking the other way to the bus loop. I stood in front of the school waiting for Fez and ashtray to pull up.
"Hey lani" Jacob said walking up to me with a small smile.

"Hey Jacob are you doing ok" I said hugging him. "Yeah I'm fine" he said with his head down. "Jake it's ok to not be fine, and I'm sorry for your loss hun " I said sincerely pulling him in for a long hug to let him know I'm here for him."just know I'm always here for jake" I reassured him still hugging him.
"Bruh wtf is this" I hear a angry ashtray storming up. I looked over at him seeing the anger form quicker the closer he got. "This your boyfriend" jake said confused. "No-" I was cut off by ashtray. "Yeah bruh now wtf you doing on my girl" he said stepping closer to Jacob. "Ashtray just chill he's my friend" I said standing in the middle of them looking at him. "Get in the car" he said with his eyes on Jacob. "Ashtra-" I spoke. "NOW Keilani" he yelled. I didn't want to make a scene in front of the school so I walked to the car and got in and ashtray did the same.
"Tf did I tell you the other day keilani" ashtray yelled while turning towards me. I rolled my eyes. "Your doing too much he was just my friend" I yelled back. " tf was you hugging him for then" he yelled back. "He just lost someone close to him it was a comfort hug idiot" I yelled back ready to get tf out at this point. "Fez over" I said not even caring where I'm at. "Lani at least let me get to your street" he said trynna be considerate. "Fez don't listen to her we going to our house" ashtray said while looking at me like I was crazy. Ion Give a rats a*s what he got to say "fez pull the fu*k over" I said grabbing my stuff. "Ok" was all he said, he pulled over and I got out.
"Why you do that" I heard ashtray say while I walked away. I heard the food close but I didn't look back. "Lani" ashtray called out walking behind me. I kept walking like I didn't hear him. "Lani" ashtray called again grabbing me this time. "What do you want" I said turning to look at him. "I think I love you-" *BANG* a car sped off. All I heard was my heart pounding fast "ASHTRAY" I yelled dropping down to him. "FEZ HELP" I called out. The tears formed as Fez ran up taking ashtray out my arms. I heard him telling me to come on but I couldn't move. "LANI COME ON WE GOTTA GO" he yelled. I finally gained strength to get up and I ran to the car and got in not knowing what was to come.
Y'all I got part 3 in my head already y'all gonna be shocked.😁
